Hold on...
Octopus isn't level 10 right? Because seeing it's Attack Melee... means it would have to be level 10...
10 + 5 (str mod) yeah?
So I would presume Dodge Bonus is about 15-20? Why isn't 20 auto hit then?

Since Batsu is in the Merchant Escort mission (not doing much for the moment but he will be called upon for a more active participation soon) and Kouri is actively helping with NPCs for it, I'll put the anomaly investigation on hold for the moment until we're done with this active mission. With work resuming soon I won't have time to lead two missions simultaneously.
Although, if someone were willing to take it over that could also work!

It's a hit.
Skill bonuses are actually +2 to attack roll per 10 ranks.
And +1-2 damage (depending on skill, check the thread cos some are +2-4) per 4 ranks.

So base damage is 5-12
I have 11 ranks taijutsu.
So that's +2-4 damage
Strength mod is +3.
I have to be missing something here... 10-19 damage...?
Oh well, I will just do that to move the thread along...
I am sure I worked it out as like 18-26 somehow once before...
