A festival or something. To promote the friendship between the women of the villages. The female Kage already outnumber the men.

How does one shop for a gift for a twenty-year-old Kage? She is, in some respects, still a child (unless shinobi of that age are incredibly adult for some reason), yet everyone's boss.

Love is literally having their heart in your grasp as your hands are buried in the patient's chest, handling their veins and organs with care, as you both work to achieve the preservation of a life that should have been lost.
