He appreciated that Micha was not pointing out his flaws. The state of his eyes or how unkempt his hair and clothing might be. Without even knowing he knew he was not his usual tidy self, he still stank of chlorine rather than his usual cologne. He just didn’t have it in him to care right now. Samuel didn’t blame Micha for his appearance, though he probably should. When asked if he was tired, he confirmed it so. The man then shifted from his lap and held out a hand. Samuel stared at it a moment while the man spoke. The idea of being taken to bed like a toddler was almost laughable. Nodding, he reached out to take his hand. Standing up, Samuel motioned him forward, allowing Micha to take him back upstairs. Maybe a nap would do him good. He could sleep away all his worries, and the fears, the stress and anxiety. Maybe then he might feel a bit more like himself and be the man that Micha knew him to be.

Indeed, it was nothing new for Micha to take him to bed. Most times he enjoyed it. But right now, it felt a little different. He was still so embarrassed by his earlier outburst, and sorting through his other emotions he really did feel like a child. As he stood from the couch, he allowed Micha to take his hand, and followed him out of the living room. Together, they walked through the house and up the stairs. Taking them slowly and carefully so as not to trip. Upon reaching the landing, they continued down to his room where Micha turned on the lights and soon released his hand. Samuel said nothing as he shuffled over to his side of the bed. He didn't bother undressing or changing, what he had on was comfortable enough. Pulling back his side of the blankets, he slipped in between them, and made himself comfortable on the mattress. Turning to his side, Samuel drew his limbs closer. He could already feel his lids growing heavy and knew it would not be long before he was out. "G'night." he said softly, glancing toward Micha.

Coming into his room, Samuel made a beeline for his bed. He was unsure if the man would join him, and even more unsure if he should ask him. Samuel could understand if Micha was not nearly as tired as him, or simply could not sleep. It had been an odd day and it was understandable if he had his own thoughts and feelings to process that sleep could not remedy them. Pulling back the covers, he soon crawled into bed and wished Micha good night. Samuel nodded as he heard his reply. "I'll try." he said. Pulling the blankets a little closer, the lights were turned out and Samuel sighed softly while closing his eyes. He would try to sleep. He didn't know if he would. He always slept so much better when Micha was next to him. Closing his eyes, Samuel waited for sleep to find.

With the lights out and goodnight wishes exchanged, all that was left was to sleep. Samuel drew the blankets closer and shut his eyes. He could not force Micha to stay or go, what he did was up to him. He tried not to give it much thought as he breathed in deep. Lying there, he could still smell him on the sheets. If Micha did not join him then that would be comfort enough. Lucky for Samuel it did not take long for sleep to find him. He didn't even notice when Micha came to lay beside him. The movement on the bed was as gentle as a soft wave on the ocean, barely moving him. Taking another breath, he fell into a deeper sleep.
His dreams were a mixture of the days events and cruel memory. Samuel murmured Micha's name a couple of times as well as a few random words. Samuel did not normally talk in his sleep, or so he had been told. The longer he dreamed the less sense things made and whatever words were said in dream were quickly forgotten. He simply had the sense of being confused and wanting to escape. Samuel jerked awake some hours later. He took an unsteady breath, his eyes wide as he glanced around the room. How long had he been out, he wondered. Had he missed work, was it even still the same day. He took another breath and let his limbs relax. What was that dream, he couldn't remember. The room had grown darker since falling asleep. "Micha?" he called out.

Samuel awoke to a darkened room and the feeling of being shoved. The memory of the dream he was having was quickly fading and only a few details remained. Though they were fading too. Taking a breath he looked around the darkened room, though he was only able to make out little more than the silhouettes of the nearby furniture. What time was it, and where was Micha? To satisfy the thought he out to him. He then felt a soothing hand reaching out towards him as the man assured him of his presence. His voice helped to calm him, and Samuel turned in the direction of it.In the darkness, Samuel moved a bit closer to him. He was still here. He wasn’t sure if it the remnants of the dream, but he had thought for sure Micha had left by now. He sought comfort in his touch and slowly began to relax. ”Any idea what time it is?” he asked softly.

Moving closer to Micha, he could hardly see him. But he could hear his voice, feel his touch letting him know that he was there. Samuel had expected him to leave while he slept. It would have been easy as he didn't recall setting the alarm. Even if he did, Micha had watched him set it enough times that he had to be familiar enough with the code, or so he would like to think. He supposed when he moved in that would be something they would need to discuss. Micha was going to need more than a set of keys if he wanted to come and go as he pleased.
As the male brushed his hand against his side, Samuel questioned him about the time. He couldn't tell if he had slept too much or too little. Beside him, Micha moved and his face was illuminated by the light on his screen. Even though the light was not facing him, Samuel still squinted against the sudden brightness. He listened as the male spoke before shoving his phone back into his pocket. Although he could not see him, he nodded. "Not much time then." Samuel said. While there were a couple of more hours before the club opened, there things he needed to do tonight. A few calls to make and people to meet. To say he wasn't looking forward to it was an understatement. Sighing again, he knew he couldn't skip out like he wanted. Even if he did, he didn't think Micha wanted to be around him for very much longer. It was nice of him to stay while he was all sad and mopey, but Samuel knew he had better things to take care of.

They could go over the finer details of keys and the alarm when he had more time. When Micha was checked out of his hotel and ready to move in with him. He didn't think that was going to be tonight, or even tomorrow. But he knew not to sit on it for too long. As decisions had been made and they were indeed, going to start living together. As Micha gave him the time, he squinted slightly. His eyes were still adjusting to the dark and he was not looking forward to turning on the lights. Samuel spoke softly and reminded them both of their limited time. Micha soon replied, his hand resting gently at his side. Again, he nodded. "I know, I will." he said. In the darkness he sighed softly. "I just need to get that dream out of my head." The last thing he wanted to do was go to work. He didn't want to get up, or move, or even go back to sleep. He'd rather just lay there and wallow until either hunger or boredom drove him from his bed. It had been such an exhausting week, he never wanted to throw that many events back-to-back again. The idea of shutting down for the next month was tempting. It would certainly give himself and his employees a nice rest. However, it was too short of notice.
