Bapp Pogum Uhh... Sooo... 'sup in here, guys? Being top of my course isn't doing very well for me. I've been given so many responsibilities as a 'student leader' that I'm probably expected to fulfil pretty soon... It's taking away my free time. Gaia-ing on a phone is hard. smile obligatory smiley face to show I'm not angryOH MY GOSH, I KNOW. I want an app already! Ah, well...

I just wanted to say...man, guys get jipped when it comes to hair.
Backtracking, I ran into a pinch of "PLEASE, ANYTHING BUT MORE WRITING" with my NaNoWriMo, and I started trying to make them into avvys on Tektek...I spent twenty minutes in hairstyles alone. Not to mention, the girls get cuter clothes, more often.
That being said--PROPS to all of the guys in this guild for their avatars. They're all amazing.

I agree! I often think that men have less selection and stuff... but yeah... they do an awesome job with what they have =D

I mean, I've made male avvys on Tektek before...but I never went in with a clear cut vision of what I wanted. I guess that's the difference.

I tried to do a MegaMan/Metroid kind of avi one time. The options weren't very compelling, but I think I did a good enough job at the time.

Ah, Metroids... yeah, I can understand the creepiness when they're charging you when playing in first person (the ones in Prime 3 are the creepiest in my opinion, since they can phase their bodies to let your shots fly right through them)
Still love the series.

And on the subject of MP1: The Space Pirate theme song. When I first heard it, I almost shat myself. And then a cloaked pirate attacked, and I'm pretty sure I did

In breaking the current topic...when I logged back on MSN, you weren't on any more, Lorika. I was so sad. crying
I waited (a long time, actually) to see if you would log back on before posting. So I wanted to say good night to you, even though you won't see this until you wake, I assume.
In another topic...the anime club on campus is having a "bring your own anime" night tomorrow. Since I have netflix, I have a steady source of anime...I was contemplating seeing if anyone wanted to watch "Eden of the East" and now have to know, has anyone here watched it?

Who cares about Metroids? Samus is where my eyes are at.
Eden of the East is a pretty decent show. Although the starting was pretty terrible since it just threw everyone into a situation without having much development. Left me quite lost for a bit. Then it got better.

@Storm: Bapp's not incorrect. The first episode starts with a guy (later named Akira) standing naked outside of the White House, hold a cell phone and waving a gun. It's extremely strange...but it's...well, I honestly don't know how to describe it, and if you've looked at the wikipedia article, it does the plot absolutely no justice...in fact, reading it without having watched it just leaves you confused--or at least, that's how it was for me. But I immediately was captivated, although weather it was by Akira's overall charm or Saki's adorable semi-awkwardness, I couldn't tell you.
It's a beautiful story...but to tell you much about it would completely spoil it, kinda like with Durarara. (Not that the show is like Durarara, but if you ever seen it, you understand. Explaining anything about the plot just gives it away.)
@Bapp: Thanks, Juiz. biggrin
