Teeshann humble_gypsy_traveller Teeshann good morning everyone. ready for a long day of sewing. woohoo. lol. i'm goingto get through this mountain of projects if it kills me. if only i weren't so tired. What ye be sewin' if aye might ask? doll clothes and play clothes. making my son a knight costume and a pirate costume since all we have are princess costumes. LOL. also made him some capes. Cool...aye be sewin' pvc fingerless gloves and other pvc wearable wears.

humble_gypsy_traveller Cool...aye be sewin' pvc fingerless gloves and other pvc wearable wears. Do you find this material to be about average or challenging to work with? I'm more accustomed to sewing cotton, satin and silk pieces, so it would be interesting to know whether my hunch is right or not.

The last time I tried to sew PVC, it tore up and scrunched up like crazy.

I hand sew...and it's been quite kind to me...I've heard from a lot of people that it's not so kind to people mending it in a sewing machine.

Sorry I have been away so much lately. I have missed all of you. What a tiring weekend here. Could I please get a strawberry milkshake and a round of nachos for the crew please?
It took us nearly 2 hours to get a display cabinet from out basement to the upstairs kitchen on Saturday. Not fun since we had to pull up some of the stairs to do it. Plus today was ripping out carpet since we are replacing it all in the basement in the next few weeks. This coming week it is taking out a wall and cutting the floor to extend plumbing for a new sink in the basement, plus new storage cabinets coming on Friday. Renos are rather involved.

man both my kids and i woke up with horrid coughs and fevers. mine started yesterday. koda's has been going on for a few days. i was up all night with him cuz he was coughing and mac says she doesn't feel good today. =-P . summer colds suck.
