" Oh I see. Well it's ok. I forgive you." Haru said appologetically. "But just in case it does happen again..." Haru then used his Alchemy to change the fountain into a very small bird bath. No one really seemed to notice much, but people did see it. " There. Now there is no more big fountain for me to fit in! Hah!" Haruko said as he laughed.

Without much of a sound, a figure quietly makes his way across the courtyard. The only thing initially noticable about this man was that he was tall, very tall, and wore a black, cloth cloak over himself. His white, cloth and leather shoes poked out the bottom, barely showing under the edge of the cloak. The collars of the cloak were pointed with no hood, and a slightly frilly cloth poked out the neck of the cloak, almost matching the pale skin and hair of the man.
The only word that seemed to fit his face was 'thin'. His had a slightly pointy but rounded face with thin, narrow charcoal colored eyes. His lips were thin and small, as pale as his skin. The color of his skin reminded you of the falling snow more then skin, so pale was he. His hair was a withered white, hanging over his shoulder and down onto the front of the cloak. It was slightly curly and thick and seemed elegantly kept.
Ignoring the various people in the courtyard, he kept a thin smile on his face as he made his way to a bench. He glanced around and pushed open his cloak and sat down, so that it hung off the back of the bench. Underneath he wore a elegant black suit that seemed almost royal in it's appearance. The cuffs were white and seemed glued to his wrists, and the ankles of it were white and gold trimmed. The sleeves of the shirt disappeared into a cloth that hung over both shoulders, black with gold trim with a white symbol on the side of both that seemed runic. His waist was covered by a small white and gold belt that held a black and gold cloth in place that stretched down to his feet and was very wide, also having a symbol on them. The inside of his cloak was a rich red, while the inside of the waist-cloth was white. All in all, he seemed more in place strolling out of a olden castle then in the courtyard of Ria High School.

Alef noticed a rather tall, pale looking man walk in, before realizing that Zero had waved to her. Waving back, she smiled to let him know she wasn't completely ignoring him. Her attention then fell back to the man who had just entered. She studied his appearance for a moment, and watched as he sat down on a bench not to far away from her. Putting on a friendly smile, she looked over to him before speaking. "Hello there..."

"Your going to get in trouble if you do that...Change it back." Avoice said. It was Marrow. She was still in a mood but she had come down to see how her friend was doing. "Change it back little brother..." "Are you feeling better?" Cy asked as she looked at her friend. "Yes...Oh and the on campus Hospital called while you were gone. Your suppose to take your medicine for your wounds now. So here I brought it down for you." Maroow said as she handed little Cy her medicine. Cy blushed as she swallowed her pill and looked into the bag. It was filled with other stuff to be rubbed onto her body. "Tahnks but I'll the rest at home." She said as she handed it back to Marr who was going back anyways. "Okay I'm going...but first change it back Haru..." She stood there waiting for her brother to do so.

The man turned to Alef and smiled charmingly before saying "Hello to you as well." he said, His voice was rich and elegant, denoting a almost royal upbringing. He lifted his thin hand and gave a small wave, before returning his gaze to the various people about the Courtyard. He finally turned back to Alef and slowly stood up and moved over to her. He smiled and extended his hand. "James Magnius. And who might you be?" he asked.

Alef smiled to the man as he gave her his name, extending her hand in return. "Alef.. Alef Shizaka, it is a pleasure to meet you sir..." She was always very polite, and seemed friendly. She titled her head to the side a little, thinking he had the aura of someone who was to be respected, even though she was respectfull towards anyone either way. "How is your day going?"

"Nice, really. I've just only arrived, actually. I've come to hone my swordsmanship, as I heard this place was a place for those of great skill." he said softly. A detail that had seemed unimportant now jumped into the forefront of most people's thoughts. James's sheathed sword was tied to his white belt and as tall as him and rather thin. It looked elegantly crafted, yet simple and the sheath and handle were made of a rich brown wood. He drew his hand back to his side, smiling still. "So how are you, then?"

" Hey Marr." Haru said happily that he saw his sister today. " Ok. I get the picture. I'll change it back." Haru used his Alchemy once again to change the bird bath back into a fountain. " I still wish this fountain wasn't here. It gets in my way. But hey, at least I didn't take the fountain out of the ground and chuck it into outer space! You know, they still havn't fixed the hole in that library. Its so sad." Haru said trying to hold back his embarrassment. " But anyway how are you?"

"Welcome then, I hope you enjoy your stay..." That friendly smile never seemed to leave her face, as she did not wish to appear to be in a bad mood. "My day is going quite well I suppose, but it has been a long week..." She ran one hand through her long hair, pushing it out of her face. "Ah, I'm not so good at keeping a decent conversation going..." It was true, she would reply, but was always short when it came to finding things to talk about.

"How about the weather?" he asked, grinning slightly. "I find that talking about the weather is one of the better ways to start a conversation..Also a subtle way to tell a person's mood. A person in a foul mood would pick apart the worst points of the weather, such as the sun is too bright, while a person in a better mood would call is a lovely sunshine." he said. He smirked slightly and motioned to the empty seat next to her. "Mind if I sit?" he asked.

Alef chuckled a little and nodded. "I suppose you are right." Shaking her head, she spoke up again. "No, not at all, please sit..." She again found herself watching the sky. "It seems like a nice day out, the sky is such a pretty blue, my favorite color...." She said seeming to be able to talk about anything once set on a topic, or something to go with. "What do you think?"

"Ahh..It is a very nice day. Good, sunny weather. Probably filling in for the dismally cold days ahead, I guess." He said. He quietly sat down next to Alef, letting his cloak once again hang over the back of the bench. He leaned back a bit and smiled at Alef, reaching up and pushing a bit of his hair off his shoulders. "So what exactly brought you to this place, if you don't mind me asking?"

"I came here for magic, black magic, bascially because I fare quite well with offensive spells. I know a little healing, but not much to help out in a severe situation..." She nodded a little, staring ahead. "I've been here for quite some time, but it's nice here..." She smirked as if recalling something funny, but it gave her a pleasant appearance. "It's been a little while since I've met someone new."

"Magic, hmm? I'm quite sorry I didn't taker after my brother and pursue the family's collection of such things. I belive he has become a famous Sage somewhere." James said, lost in a memory for a second. He shook it off slightly, and listened to her. "Yes, it seems quite plesent here." he said, leaning forward on the bench. "Ah..Must be interesting to meet new people here, then. Seems like an endless march of snowflakes to me, so many lively and unique people."

"Simple...creature..." was the only words which could be heard as the smoke cleared. When it did so, there was nothing in the courtyard left, or at least not the one Siren seeked. The man was inexplicably gone from sight, and without much of a warning or reason. The only trace left was what appeared to be an entirely black flower. It had no definition...and no color to speak of, it was simply shaped as a flower in full bloom. It was seemingly unstable though, going between translucent and opaque steadily, letting off small sparks and appearing much like an image on a television would if it were suffering from static. It let off a low trace of energy and a buzzing, slightly squeeling sound, and touching it would send a small, quick shock to someone.
