Ashley smiled a bit in her sleep. Alex got some medicine and began measuring a dose for his daughter.

Alex put the medicine in a spoon and carefully maneuvered it to Ashley and stuck it in her mouth. He then gently massaged her throat until she swallowed it and kissed her cheek. "Luckily she inherited my heavy sleeper gene." Ashley scrunched her a bit. The taste of the medine was fou.

"Perhaps." Alex said. Ashley was dreaming about growing up with Emily as a mother. She liked Emily being her mother, but still missed her old one. She rolled over, her pink hair that she laid on in a mess.
