ouch x_o thank you. makes me wonder what my friends were looking at that convinced them they were okaySorry. ^^; But I don't want you spending your money on crap. I'd definitely recommend In the Starlight. Leah is a sweetie and their stuff is very well made. <3 Anna House is located in China and the prices are in HKD. So, it's really cheap and the quality is nice. The shipping isn't too bad, either, really. If you want, I can give you a few more useful lolita links. :3

in other news, a friend of mine has directed my attention to a certain ebay shop. considering that the prices are, like, crazy-low for gothic lolita, i wasn't sure it was legit, but apparently the gothic lolita livejournal community has checked this out and it's all good. @_@ kinda excited now, i really really want to get a dress but don't know which one Holy begeebus OwO! *Tackles store and drools on the screen* Hmmm, which would look nice with my corset? 8'D *Is so totally being selfish right now* X'D You're a bad good influence on me Han XD

bp56 Meriko would I be able to get a wigged base (shown below) I already bought moved to an edited base the one below to buy a limited from their shop with it? Since the wig is slightly past the waist and its to go on an edited base I thought it would be best to ask if the an editor here to put the wig on I will pay to get the wig moved and patched (I think thats the word). But also I need permission from you to use the base. I got the blank base from them with their permission to use it for this purpose. The following is the wigged base and the blank edited base (with the artist permission) I want it moved to.  Tasheren :"> Here's the blank base. I think it's the right skin tone.  I tried to make one with a transparent background, and one with a white background, since I don't know what they want. rofl That is, assuming the transparent background actually saved the way it was supposed to. I just got done baby-sitting. One 4 month-old-ish from 6 AM -3 PM. and a one year old from 4 PM - 8 PM.
And the one year old doesnt remember me/didnt want to go to sleep the whole time I was watching her... Until her mom came home of corse.

I hope you guys don't mind me venting here. I have no where else on the internet I feel remotely comfortable talking anymore.
There is something seriously wrong with my life.
Earlier tonight, I had popped in a Gamecube game in order to show my boyfriend something. When I tried loading my saved game data, it told me that I had none. I checked my memory cards. Then my other two memory cards. And I saw that all of my save data had been overwritten, replaced with save data for my brothers games.
Understand that my brother is mentally retarded. My parents have him play video games so they don't have to watch him. Also understand that I am a very big gamer and I spend a lot of my free time playing my games until I get perfect save files.
I lost three full game cube memory cards of save data, many of them which I spent over 100 hours working very hard on. Games that I play often with my friends, taking advantage of having all the features unlocked.
When I realized what happened, I guess I had a panic attack and started crying. I wasn't really crying because of the loss of the save data, but because of how it happened.
Because of my brothers mental retardation, there is no way to punish him or make him understand that what he did was wrong. He learned that he has to put a memory card in, but doesn't know why, so he went through my things and put all my memory cards into his Gamecube, then put them back where he found them when he was done overwriting them. Punishing him now would be pointless, because I don't know when he did it and he wouldn't know what he was being punished for.
But what really upset me was that I knew that my parents wouldn't care.
As I was crying, my mom woke up and came downstairs. I was crying to hard to say anything to her, so my boyfriend told her what happened. Once she found out, she immediately lost any concern she had for me. She then went to the computer room and played Maple Story until my boyfriend secretly turned the internet router off out of anger. Then she went back to bed, completely ignoring me as I continued crying. She had to pass by where I was sitting to get back to her room.
I don't understand. It seems that my parents don't care if I'm sad and don't ever try to comfort me. They love my brother so much. They let him stay home from school for weeks at a time if he throws a temper tantrum. They constantly feed him snacks and give him gifts every day. If he does something bad, he gets away with it with little punishment. I understand that it's hard to punish him. But they never take away his toys or anything, or treat him differently. They just yell at him and let him go back to what he was doing.
I spent over five years in college. I finally got my degree this January. My parents didn't throw me a party. They don't want me going to my graduation ceremony. They didn't give me a graduation present, or any money, or even a card. They didn't even congratulate me...
They're mad because I'm not in grad school right now...
Whenever my brother has a school function, my mom goes out of her way to go to it. They're so proud of everything he does. He's on lots of special ed sports teams and such.
It kind of feels like I'm the one who's wrong. I'm the one that's disabled, that they're ashamed of... and they're ignoring me as a way of punishing me for what I am.
I don't know.
I just feel so lost and helpless right now. All because of something so stupid as video game data...

I think the video game data storage thing was probably the straw that broke the camels back. Everytthing else you mentioned about your parents was probably building up the whole time and this little thing (well, its not very little concidering all the time and energy you put into your games) is what made you very upset.
I dont know what to say to help in this situation, unfortunitally... but im sure everyone here would agree with me that you can come in here and vent anytime.. and if need be, you can PM me anytime heart im almost always online during the day while im at work...

I agree with Kari, the game data was probably just the breaking point, but I fully understand the frustrations of losing game data.
I cant really offer much help in this situation, but I'm sending along a friend who might be able to. 3nodding
