I usually have training in the mornings, with a run or some sparring in the after noons. Sometimes Thors boy's join us, and we help one each others skills."

Kayla felt better when Kiashadra smiled at her that way and came up with a way for Loki to use his... redcap abilities.

Loki nodded again and smirked considering he'd be the one rushing in killing things "Alright that sounds good, and the names Loki by the way miss Kiashadra." Loki finished eating and yelled "You boggan great meal." trying to be nice looking at Selina.

Kayla wasnt that surprised by the amount of food that Loki had eaten. with a body as big and strong as that this was just a snack.

Nick walked back into the kitchen after wandering around a bit he went and sat down next to Kayla on the farthest side from Loki remaining silent.
Loki ate the glass he had been drinking out of with half of the drink still in it.

Selina Put some honeycakes in front of Nick and Kayla.. then put some more food carefully (so she didn't loose andy body parts( in frnt of lokie. and a fresh pitcher of juice on the table
