ARTICLE I, NEW SECTION
Florida Marriage Protection Amendment
This amendment protects marriage as the legal union of only one man and one woman as husband and wife and provides that no other legal union that is treated as marriage or the substantial equivalent thereof shall be valid or recognized.

I was reading about that earlier and it makes me sad at the thought of how gay people are discriminated against. I asked a person once that was for not letting them "give me one good reason why they shouldn't and the reason cannot be religiously." The person didn't come up with a answer. I am happy I live in Canada where it is legal that they can.
