Although he would prefer it if Micha stayed with him, he understood if he still wanted to go home. Micha had it backwards when he asked Samuel if he wanted him to be the annoying, clingy boyfriend. That role was clearly already filled and in a shocking twist, it wasn't by him. Even now Samuel clung to him as he didn't want him to move from his lap. Leaning back his seat, he felt male's hands moving down his chest as he watched him.
When asked if he was okay, he didn't know how to answer. He didn't want to lie and say he was. When the truth was he felt kind of horrible. Samuel shrugged his shoulders slightly so as to give him answer. "Not really." he replied, his voice coming out soft and thick as though he had just woken up. He cleared his throat and turned his head to wipe at any remnants of his crying. He didn't like Micha seeing him like this. Usually he was pretty good at being the one put together. The strong one. What must he think of him now.

Indeed it had always been obvious who was the clingy one amongst them. While Micha had his moments from time to time, he was nowhere near as bad as Samuel. Lucky for him it didn’t seem to bother the male that much. He continued to hold him as he was questioned. Samuel didn’t want to lie to him anymore than he already had. He was likely going to have to answer for that as well. But for now he merely shrugged and gave Micha a short answer. Samuel wasn’t sure how to put what he was feeling into words. It was a mixture of things really. Embarrassment for getting so upset, as well as sadness and frustration, and maybe the tiniest bit of anger at himself. As Micha questioned him again, he shook his head slowly. He didn’t know what could be done, how they could fix this. He loved Micha with all of his being, he didn’t want to give him up. But at the same time he didn’t want to become the source of his unhappiness.

He was not ready to let go just yet, but he knew they could not stay like this forever. As nice as it was to hold him like this, eventually they would both become uncomfortable. Then someone would have to move. When questioned again, he shook his head quietly. While he appreciated the offer, he didn’t know how Micha could help fix this. It felt as though there was nothing either of them could do. Beside him, the man nodded then questioned him again. Samuel was sure that if he told him no, Micha would allow him to stay like this for as long as he wanted. But since that wasn’t option, he merely nodded. Samuel was hesitant to release him, but did so anyway. He would drive them back home, then Micha could go home, and no one would have to worry about his little tantrum.

It came as no surprise that Micha would be uncomfortable and want to move. It wasn't as though this particular seat was made with more than one person in mind. While he was grateful for the comfort, he knew they couldn't stay here forever. Samuel still was unsure how things would go once they got back home. He knew that Micha would want to talk, though about what. He quietly released his hold on him and watched as Micha moved back to his own seat. Samuel waited for the male to get himself situated before putting the car back into drive. He didn't bother with the gps, as he knew they were still fairly close to the club. If he could get them to the club, he could get them home. No problem. Shifting gears, he turned off the emergency flashers and steered them through the lot and back onto the street. Samuel said nothing as he allowed his mind to go blank and eased into autopilot. He stared blankly at the road, keeping just enough focus to be wary of the other drivers and know when to brake.

Right now he didn't want to think, he didn't want to feel either. He just wanted to remain numb. It was quieter, easier in a way. However, he knew he couldn't stay in this state forever. Already he was likely worrying Micha by not talking, making a fuss over nothing. It wasn't often he threw a tantrum like this, or to this level. Most days he kept his outbursts private and at home where no one could see them. Samuel stared out the windshield as he followed the same path that brought them here. He soon slowed the car as they approached a red light, and as he stopped he saw movement out of the corner of his eye. He glanced towards Micha and saw that he had reached out his hand towards him. For the briefest moment, Samuel thought to ignore it. But he didn't want to hurt Micha, or himself for that matter, anymore than he already was. Taking his right hand from the wheel, Samuel took the man's hand into his own. He may not be ready to talk just yet, but he certainly take any form of comfort when it was offered. The light soon changed and Samuel turned his attention back to the road, driving them in the direction back towards the club.

Hurting one another on purpose would do neither of them any good. Nor would it solve anything. While Samuel may be upset, he saw no reason to intentionally hurt Micha. Coming to a red light, he saw the stick out his hand and took it into his own. His fingers curled around his palm and the light soon changed. Lifting his foot off the brake, Samuel continued in the direction of the club. Silence continued to plague them as he drove. For once he didn't mind it so much, he simply stared blankly while passing the different cars and shops along the way.
It wasn't long before Samuel came back towards the area of his club. Stopped at another light, he glanced in its' direction. The lights were off, the lot empty, the complete opposite to how it was most nights. He pondered about even going in tonight. He'd already skipped out once this week, Alaine would take notice if he did it again. Not only that, but these were supposed to be his events, his planning. It would be unfair to leave it all to someone else. And all because he was having a conniption. Behind them a car honked and he saw that the light had changed. Samuel turned right, away from the club and away from his thoughts as he started on the route he usually took home from work.

He wondered for how long the man would allow him to wallow in silence. He was well aware of the fact that at some point he would have to explain himself, and the meaning to his words. It was obvious that these were not new feelings or something he just said in the heat of the moment. This was something he had been holding on to for a while now, and he was going to have to answer for it. Holding onto Micha’s hand, he gazed down at his club. The idea of going into work as usual was tempting. He could easily distract himself with the crowd and escape any uncomfortable conversations with Micha. A car honking behind him brought him back to reality.
The remainder of the drive was uneventful and he soon pulled up to the metal gates. He waited a moment for them to open before passing through. Following the long road he drove right up to the garage and hit the door button on his visor. He didn’t wait for the door to finish opening before pulling in. Samuel rolled up his window then shifted into park. He released Micha hand as he cut the engine and gathered his things. Pocketing the items once more, Samuel unbuckled his seat belt and moved to get out. He stood beside the hood, waiting for the man to get out as well.
