angryfisheatenbycat Humans scare me... look how stupid we can be, and how much impact that can have!! eek And elves can be great characters... so long as they are not overused, and steriotypical. Pointy ears, and looking humanoid, yes. Other than that, there is nothing specifying what an elf has to look like/do... That's why most of the moronic humans should be rid of. surprised

There will always be exceptions to the rule, but by and large, documents on a society, including elven, would give a general tenet on how they act. Not all of a people is that stereotype, but a majority of them would be. In fact, when I play an elf, I do have a great deal of fun. Mostly because the char plays up to several of the stereotypes- but not all of them.
