Wolf wandered the forest past the tunnels, noching the tree's he passed by, preparing them for a later use. The armored man knew that the tunnels were largely unguarded, and would be easy pickings when the time was right. Nobody would know what the marks could do when he activated them, since they had no power until he activated them. Serenity skipped around the tree's apparenlty bored. She was nothing like she had been last night. Sometimes it was impossible to tell who held the reigns at time, and Wolf thought that was exactly what his god wanted.
The man laughed heartedly. "I'm called a great many things, but you, my dear little lady, can just call me Iman. " He told her and a sparkle returned to his eyes, but was just as quickly gone. Those eyes were of someone who had no hope left. He tilted his own head the opposite way. "What is your name?"

Nami felt like he wasn't someone she should be talking to, but then when she saw a sudden change in his eyes, Nami smiled, even if it only lasted for a second. "Well," Nami closed her fist and pointed her thumb towards herself, "You can call me, Nami." She smiled at him then. Nami placed her hand behind her back and looked at him, "So, what was it that you lost, something you never lost, what is it? Can I know, Iman?"

Iman looked down at the graves. So many people were gone. "A freind. A very good freind." Many had died in the war with Craven, including the illustrious leader. He shrugged and sat on the ground, seeming to blend into the fresh grass because of his robes.

Nami looked at him with sympathetic eyes and kneeled down, "That must be sad, Iman. What happened to your friend?"

Iman looked at the graves. "He was taken by death. He owed me money, too. Never again, will we get to play." He said sadly, and the spark returned to his eyes. This time, it was anger, but it was extinguished just as quickly as before.

((lols owes you money...lols)) Nami sat down on the grass and hugged one of her knees as it bent up. "I'm sorry Iman." She turned to look at him and said, "Maybe I shouldn't ask about this then, it must be too personal." Nami looked at the graves and said, "To tell the truth, I would never tell anyone how I lost all my friends."

Wolf looked up at the sky, watching winds whirl past, except some of those weren't winds. He had been given a gift with his new body, or the body had had the gift in the first place. he could feel the spirit of the elementals, searching for something. He didn't know what, but he knew that it wasn't going to be a bodyguard with his liege, notching trees to they could find their way back. At least, he hoped they weren't looking for that.
Iman stroked circles into the grass. If it wasn't for his red hair he could have been part of the grass. Now that she was closer, it was possile to see that the robe was patterned in imitation of the grass. "I bet you a silver penny you would tell if you thougth they needed it." He said to her. Even that was sort of hopeless in it's way. His eyes were as dull as ever.

Nami closed her eyes and then shook her head. She opened up her red eyes again and placed her index finger to her lips, "It's something I'll never tell. I can promise you that." She stood up and looked around the yard, "I was supposed to come and clean the graves today. Weren't you here in town yesterday? There were mosters everywhere."

Iman sighed, and pulled a silver penny out of his pocket, or just out of thin air. "My luck just hasn't been in it these last few days. A freind yesterday, a hope today, and now a bet. The monsters don't like to gamble much, for money, so I did my best to keep away from them." He told her, tossing the silver penny to her, and resting his knuckles under his chin, staring off into the distance. The man seemed to be in a depression.

Nami was startled, but then managed to catch the silver coin. She smiled at the coin and said, "You are strange." Nami placed the coin in her small pocket and said, "I'll keep this then." She walked behind one grave and bent down to touch it again. Beneath her feet, water spread out all over the yard. She had been meaning to water the soil, but couldn't do it in front of this man. The grave hid away her body as she fed the soil, Iman would feel the ground getting wet beneath him as well. Nami stood up and walked around him. On the far side of the yard, flowers grew. she jogged over to it and picked them up, placing one on each grave, humming.

Iman managed to sigh again. "look who's talking, Nami." He said as he felt the ground become even more damp beneath him. there wasn't much chance of that with the sky as clear as it was. "You water the ground and leave flowers on people's graves. Where is your bucket now?" The man asked in a monotone.

"There must be an underground stream," Nami replied as she handed a remaining flower to him. "You know I don't have a bucket, how can I water the ground?" She then smiled, "The flower is fresh, I know it. If you smell it, you'll forget all your problems for a second. Try it."

Iman took the flower and breathed deeply, but that dull look in his eyes didn't go away. "It's a good question. How can you water the ground without a bucket? It could always start raining, but what's the chance of that." He looked up at the clear sky. There was a splash to his left, and then another splash to his right. Out of the cloudless sky it started to rain, or mist. It was even close to heavy enough to be alled actual rain. His eyes flashed with something bordering amusement. "I guess there was a chance."

Nami gasped and shielded her head with her arms. "Ah, how can it rain so suddenly?" She pulled him and said, "Come on, we'll get soaked, we have to find a shelter."

The man smiled at her, and looked up at the rain. Just as suddenly as it had come, the rain lessened, and quickly stopped. The sky was still completely clear. "It happens every once in a while." He said noncommitedly as she pulled him. His eyes had flashed with amusement, but were dull just as fast.
