I just have one question.
To gain more jutsu you must NPC the character from the series who performed them?
Or do you have to accually find the PC?
I just want to know this before I continue roleplaying.

Bone you need to create a parto f the Chuunen Exams. They Start Thursday...Or friday. Last Day to Train is Wensday. Two more days of Training. Everybody participating needs to sign up on the Chuunen Exam Part of the Site. Post your name and your Village That is all

Each person gets there own part of the Exam to develop. So you can make watever your little heart desires. The Finals will always be a tourny style fight. But Since I think its going to be Three of us making these exams it will be a four part exam.
