Lacuna smiled for a moment and declined, "No, that's okay darling, I'll be fine", she said scrambling to put her boots back on. Lacuna shrugged for a moment and tilted her head to look at Ryuji, "Where to?", she asked him.

It's really up to you, love, Ryuji said before glancing downwards. Somewhere we can talk, maybe? he offered, wanting to talk to her, but not sure exactly where to do it at.

It's not really serious, we could technically talk about it right here if you wanted, Ryuji laughed, nuzzling Lacuna as he held her close a moment.

Lacuna nodded returning the laugh, "Well, okay then", she said sitting down beside a tree and gesturing for Ryuji to do the same. "Anything in particular on your mind?", she asked.

Actually, yeah, Ryuji laughed, looking down before sitting beside Lacuna. I have a couple things to ask... maybe it's just me being unsure, because of my last relationship, but are you ... happy with me? I mean, we don't know that much about eachother, so we do have a lot to learn, but you don't really seem... happy. Maybe you're still upset over the last relationship, but I really just want to make sure that you're okay with me... he said, looking to her.

Lacuna smiled, while at the sametime, a look of concern made its way upon her face. "Well, it's true, I am a bit upset about Jakkin still. I really loved him, and it hurts to know Suru was chosed over myself..", Lacuna shifted, fiddling with her hands some, "However, I'm happy with us. My feelings for Jakkin aren't completely gone, I won't lie to you and say they are.. I do have feelings for you aswell though, I think that we're good for one another. As long as you're willing to try me on, I'll gladly accept. I'm really interested in you Ryuji." Lacuna turned her gaze from her hands to Ryuji. "I hope that makes sense..", she said.

Ryuji smiled to her, nodding before hugging her tightly. I don't know what it is about you, this overwhelming urge to protect you is just welled up inside of me... he said, laughing as he felt quite silly about it. I do have feelings for you, so strong already, which makes me think that it'll be good for us to be with eachother, he said before kissing her forehead. I'm glad, though...that you're interested in me. And thank you for being honest...

Lacuna nodded, throwing herself into Ryuji. "I'm more then interested darling, I hope you didn't take that the wrong way.. I just mean that I'm happy to have you. I just.. don't know why you're so into me, and I suppose that's what I mean about interested. We don't exacly know eachother inside out yet, and well.. I guess you understand what I mean, right?", she asked laughing. She nuzzled his chest, making herself comfortable.

Well... I was with a girl named Kimiko. I had known her since we were children, and we grew up together. I don't know exactly how it happened, but we ended up being a couple. She was the only one I could really tolerate with niceness... Ryuji laughed before clasping his hands together. And then, just like that... we're not together. And I know I hurt her... but... I've got some sort of mental block. Why I stopped loving her in the relationship way... and caring for her as a girlfriend, I'll probably never know. But she's still a good friend... whether or not she likes to acknowledge that is beyond me, he said. It has something to do with my mother, I know that... changing... something... in my mind.

"That doesn't seem exacly fair. I mean, her changing something in your mind like that. I think I'll sleep with a helmet on..", she joked. "I certainly hope she doesn't do that while we're together..", she said a bit concerned.

She won't. I assure you that. I'm not sure what it had to do with, but the same thing applies to the rest of my siblings that were in relationships with Hiyoshi's children... that's why we're all... single. Well, I found someone else... you're right, though. It's not exactly fair for her to do that because she's having problems, but there must be some reason... I guess she sensed too much unhappiness. She's always trying to make everyone happy, Ryuji said, thinking about his mother, giving Lacuna a tight squeeze.

Lacuna kissed Ryuji gently and poked him. "Who's Hiyoshi?", she asked frowning for a moment as she thought the name sounded familiar.
