The purple male looked towards Lucky again when he had finished his song and he listened intently to him before nodding.
"Yes I am the leader. I'm Atreyu.... but I must apologize if the others and myself seem very scatter minded at the moment. There have been a few disturbances in the area and we've been trying to solve this for a few days now but you are more than welcome to join the knights. I test your skills and merit to see what you can offer to this group and how you interact with the others...." Atreyu explained this all to Lucky and that he was more than welcome to rest here for a little while before he turned to listened to Annabel Lee just as she began to speak and frowned after she was finished. He looked away from her and began to mull over what had happened to her. Looking back at her, he sighed.
"We are sorry to hear that you were dyed green but purple with a stripe or two? Well, at least we know what the culprit kind of looks like. Is there anymore you can tell us? Whatever detail may actually hel-" He looked towards Journey when he heard her call his name and he tilted his head. "Hm? Alright then, I will be over there shortly Lady Journey. "
Nimue laughed at Journey and shook her head.
"It's alright. Oh and Lorien, a time traveler is..." Her voice trailed off when she heard Annabel Lee describe the wolf who had dyed her fur. "Purple with a stripe or two?" She repeated, staring blankly at Annabel Lee. She closed her eyes and shook her head. ".....I swear, if it's...." Her voice trailed off again as she began to mull over a few things in her mind.
Kai looked at Lorien as Nimue began to calculate a few things in her mind. He shook his head at the blue female and looked down at the young pup.
"Don't mind her... she's off in la la land again." He looked towards Journey and wagged his tail. "That sounds like a plan that could actually work you know... and purple with a stripe or two? Darn, that means it's not a ninja. Man, and I had my hopes up!"
Blair looked away from Garaden and at the green female and she instantly felt sorry for her. She moved towards her basket of cookies and picked up one and laid one down near Annabel's paws before returning to stand near Garaden.

Naito thought for a bit. "Hmm...didn't we see something like that before? I remember a wolf like that, but..." He sighed and shook his head. "I can't remember where."
Balto looked as Lucky seemed also to be trying for the knight's position. He wondered what he would do, but he wanted to help the knights since they seemed distressed. However, he wasn't sure if they wanted a half mutt becoming a knight since it looked like mainly wolves. He laid his ears back a bit sad while sitting down to think of who might be the culprit.
Lorien sighed. Obviously she wasn't any use at the moment. She then got up and went back to her books to read. Perhaps once the mission started she might be able to talk to someone.

Journey smiled sheepishly. "Didn' mean ta sound so brash." She said with a small giggle. She tilted her head, frowning slightly at the knights. "Didn't we see someone like that recently? -ish?" She looked at the ceiling, attempting to go back in time through her memory only. Where had she seen someone like that before?
Garaden rolled his eyes. "Guys, I know who you're all thinking of, but that dude had way more than one or two stripes. Even a small glimpse as she seemed to get would be able to tell you that." He said this in the hope that saying it outloud would make it true; that it wasn't that rediculous Cheshire wolf. At least that's who he thought everyone else was thinking of. "Er, wouldn't it?"
Feeling his mate move from her place at his side, he watched Blair give the stranger a cookie and smiled affectionatly at her. She was such a sweet thing.

Lucky nodded. "It be no problem tae me if ye be a bit scattered at the moment." He said. He thought at the discription. He hadn't seen or heard of a moonlit like that. He hadn't been in the manor for long, but he had been one to catch a crimanal or mischief maker. "I be thinkin, but why don't ye set a trap for them?" He inquired. "Such as if ye sends someone out tae be bait, and ye be sending others tae nab them or tae at least see the one that be doing this?" He suggested. He thought that if a simmalar senario were to be set up, the one that did this couldn't resistst a second chance on an "unsuspecting" victim.

Annable Lee smiled at Blair. "Thank you kindly ma'am." She said eating the cookie, "That was awfully kind of you." She then turned to Atreyu and sighed. "Well I don't know anything else than that but I did come here to let you know that I spotted him again." She said, "I saw him leaving the Common Room." She looked around at the others noting their reactions. "Y'all think you know who did this?" She said looking to Lucky, "That is a good idea but this prankster is really random. It'll probably be quite hard to set a trap for him."

Atreyu bowed deeply to Lucky in apology and when he rose again, he gave him a cheerful smile.
"Thank you for understanding the situation." He listened to the others begining to make their assumptions to who the culprit was. When Naito spoke up about seeing the suspect before, he turned to him to answer but then Journey spoke up and he turned to her to answer it was when Garaden finally made an assumption as to who it was Atreyu paused finally, thought that over and shook his head.
"That makes no sense. One minute he's helping us out and then the next he's causing trouble." He liked the idea of a trap but then he remembered Cheshire's ability. "It would be nice if it worked but... wait, the common room?" He tilted his head and stared at Annabel Lee intently
"Why apologize for being brash? These guys need a brash lady in their lives." Nimue laughed and noticed Lorien and let out a yelp. "I'm sorry I did not finish my explanation. A time traveler is someone who has the ability to jump back in time or forwards in time to see different things. You don't get to change things though... but I guess that would be bad to change something you saw." Nimue thought about that for a moment while she looked at Journey first and then Lorien. "Either way, its a very handy ability."
Kai stared at Journey and Naito as they began to wonder where they had seen someone like that before. He continued to stare at the two of them as he groaned and shook his head.
"Oh come on, anyone else but him. I swear... I'm not playing another one of his games." He said after hearing Garaden's guess on the culprit. "But if it is him... why do any of this?" He looked at Annabel Lee and coughed to hide his laugh. He pointed with his paw towards her faded green fur and smirked. "That's a nice color on you by the way..."
"It was nothing and it looked like you needed a cookie." Blair said sincerely to the other female. She knew for sure she would be extremely upset if someone dyed her fur a color it was supposed to be and she felt sorry for the other female. Hearing the others beginning to talk about the suspect, she shook her head.
"Whoever it may be, you guys need to catch him before he does anything serious..." She shivered at that thought.

Naito shook his head. "Honestly. I don't want to deal with him again. He's quite confusing and freaky sometimes. He just makes me nervous if it was him." He paused for a second. "However, I would do it so that no other pranks would be played like this."
Balto just kept listening in since he was clueless on who Cheshire was. "Um...if you don't mind me asking, who is this one wolf you keep speaking of?"
Lorien looked back up from her book and tilted her head to the side trying to figure all that out. She sighed a bit tired. "Ok! I can understand that, but I wasn't thinking that was possible." She shrugged. "But then again...anything seems possible."

The pink and purple wolf back in her mind, Journey giggled at the memory. What an odd wolf that was.
Journey smiled thankfully to Nimue. "I dunno. You two ladies," Looks at Lorien, " Pahdon me, three ladies, and the gal who was here earlier, seem to be doing just fine with the guys." She watch Nimue explain time travelers to Lorien. "It is handy sometimes. Though goin' back is much easier than goin' forward. Still feelin' durkish for not thinking of it before."
Garaden smirked sourly at Atreyu. "Since when does anything that wolf does make sense. It makes sense to me that he'd do something that wouldn't make sense. No sense makes every sense in the sense of the situation." His brow furrowed. What on earth had he just said? "Did I make sense to anybody just then...?"
He noticed Atreyu's focus change at the mention of the common room, and he perked his ears up questioningly and to better hear.

Lucky nodded to Atreyu. He thought for a moment. He turned to Nimue.
"So ye be a time traveler." He inquired, then turned to Journey. "I be thinkin that ye be having the same idea as me." He said. "Ye be wanting someone tae go back a few days ago, and tae see who, or what, be causing this rucuss." He said.
Emerald wandered the hallways of the manor. Her cloak hid most of her, but the celtic knot on the side was a clear defining facotr of who she was if you knew her. She had overheard that her mate, Lucky, was somewhere here. She wandered from room to room, looking for him, asking those who had seen him. She had talked to an anthro couple, Cupid and Hera, and they said they saw him walking into a room at the end of the hallway. She saw a cracked door, and walked towards it. She heard talking.
"be causing this rucuss." She heard, it sounded like Lucky. She knocked on the door, not wanting to intrude on anything.

Annabel Lee smiled at Blair. "Yes that cookie greatly helped." She said bristling at what Kai said, "I would think not sir. This is an awful color one me." She gave Kai a warning look and turned her attention to Atreyu. "Yes the Common Room. I don't know what he was doing in there but I can assure you it was nothing good." She explained, "I was walking by and heard some odd noises. I was going to look and see what was going on when the prankster walked out. I quickly hid so he couldn't see me or pull a prank on me. Once he was gone I came to find you knights." She paused for a moment and nodded. "It would probably be best if y'all followed me to the common room now. Who knows what could be happening in there now or what the prankster could be doing."

Atreyu glanced at Balto and was about to ask if he had forgotten already but he remembered Balto had not been there during the treasure hunt.
"Cheshire is a wolf who was guarding over a treasure that had been left for us. He enjoys playing games and confusing others with riddles.... he's a very... different type of wolf."
Atreyu turned back to Garaden after his spoke and tilted his head, trying to process everything he had said as quickly as he had said it with all the other voices around him talking all at once.
"How in the world does your mind work Garaden?" Atreyu asked, beginning to chuckle at what the young wolf had just said. It confused the heck out of him at first but he did get the gist of what he was trying to say. "I think I understand what you're trying to say or at least, I hope I do. It makes sense that he would do something that didn't make sense because of who he is..."
He finally turned back to Annabel Lee and nodded in agreement with her suggestion to follow her.
"Yes, you're probably right. We should get down there as soon as possible. This is probably the best lead we've had in a few days. Thank you.." He bowed to Annabel Lee.
Nimue nodded at Lorien wisely.
"Of course anything is possible. Just look around where we live. There are two headed birds flying around here." She laughed and turned to Journey. "That is true... and you have yet to meet the sun goddess properly and the butterfly wolf that is usually here. I guess we ladies have a very high influence on the knights here." She lifted her head up proudly and wagged her tail. "You shouldn't feel 'durkish' at all... actually, what does durkish mean anyway?" Nimue looked at Lucky and shook her head no. "Oh, no, I'm not a time traveler...not at all." She gestured to Journey.
Kai glanced at Naito and nodded in agreement.
"Yeah, he is freaky. At least you don't have to live with the guy. He's so annoying." He shook his head and began to think over any nonsensical reason Cheshire would be doing this. It was then that he heard Garaden and he lifted his head to look at the dark male for a moment before staring at him with his mouth hanging open. Composing himself, he opened his mouth to answer Garaden with one of his usual smart-alec remarks but nothing came to mind and he merely shook his head.
Blair was about to comment on how confusing that whole sentence was that Garaden had just said but paused when she noticed Kai staring at Garaden with his mouth hanging open and she began to laugh, shaking her head.
"Are we speechless Kai?" She heard a knocking at the door and turned to it. She barked at the door and tilted her head.

Naito looked shocked for a moment. "You live with him?" Obviously he didn't know that Cheshire was part of his pack, even if it was a distant one.
Balto listened to what Atreyu said and took it in. "Hmmm...sounds like a possible trouble maker depending on what he feels like doing." He shrugged. "But then again...I haven't encountered him before."
Lorien almost wanted to laugh, but she didn't want to disturb them too much, so she remained quiet. Eventually she got up for a drink of water before coming back to sit down. Her ears perked up at the sound of knocking.

Journey nodded to confirm Nimue's statement. "Yep, That'd be me." She said to Lucky. "And tha's about right, just need ta talk with Sir Atreyu first when he grabs a moment, busy man that he is."
She turned back to Nimue and grinned. "Durkish? I'd guess it's the same as dorkish. Ahm not entirely sure. Apparently you missed the conversation I had with Sir Kai about my no-name accent." She giggled softly.
Garaden smiled at Atreyu, then pointed at him with a paw. "Exactly!" He looked over at Blair, then at Kai. Was Kai... really... speechless?! Garaden burst out laughing and flipped onto his side. "Go me!"
When Blair barked, he instantly sat up and flicked his ears. His laughter had kept him from hearing the knock on the door. "What's up Blair?"

Annabel Lee looked at Atreyu and nodded. "Alright if you'll be kind enough to follow me." She said standing up. She then went over to the door and opened it only to find a green cloaked moonlit there. "Hello. Excuse me I need to get through." She said sweetly with a smile. She then turned back to the knights. "This way knights!" She said stepping out into the hallway. She waited until she was sure the knights were behind her and left, heading for the Common Room.

Lucky stood up, to follow the knights to the common room. He looked towards the door as it was opened, having heard a knock. He couldn't belive his eyes when he saw who was standing there. It was Emerald, his mate. He tought she was dead, after the masacure of his clan. He yipped in happyness, joy overcoming him.
Emerald stood aside, to let them pass. Just then she saw Lucky. She also let out a yip, a feeling of joy overwelming her. Neather had seen eachother for four years.
