"If that's the case, then I'd most definately say he was pushed," Yuri stated her opinion as she pushed the food she had left. She couldn't finish it, she was too uncomfortable.
"What's wrong?" Yugi asked his sister.
"Just not hungry," she replied.

Seto Kaiba sat down at his usual place and began to eat his lunch. News that a teacher was apparantly found near death on campus was very disturbing indeed. He hoped that this wasn't the start of some larger trouble, but the way his life's been, he definately didn't count on hope.

Yuri glanced around and noticed a taller boy walk into the cafeteria. From his demeanor, she noted, that he had to be Kaiba. She thought for a moment and just shook her head.
"Yuri...are you sure you're okay?" Yugi asked, he knew he was starting to sound like a broken record, but it seemed as if Yuri were acting more stranger than normal.
"Yugi...I'm fine. I've just got a lot on my mind at the moment," she sighed heavily.

Kaiba walked over to Yugi and his new friend, "Well Yugi, what do you know of what happened with that teacher?" He asked.

Janus watched as this new boy came up to the table. She didn't know if he ws a friend or not. She kept an eye on him
Joey looked up to see Kaiba. He grunted a bit as he made a face, "What's it to you Kaiba? Since when did you care about other people?" Joey's voice was low and irritated. He didn't like Seto, afterall, he called Joey a dog.

OrangeWindMage7 Joey looked up to see Kaiba. He grunted a bit as he made a face, "What's it to you Kaiba? Since when did you care about other people?" Joey's voice was low and irritated. He didn't like Seto, afterall, he called Joey a dog. Kaiba gave Joey a dirty look, "I care Wheeler, because an attack on someone happened to a teacher I know. For all I know, they were trying to use him to get to me. That is the only reason I care."

"Um...I'm not really sure," Yugi stated as he glanced at Yuri.
Yuri rolled her eyes and shook her head. "It's obvious the teacher was pushed...no one in their right mind is going to jump and half way through it decide not to do it," she said sarcastically.
"Yuri....," Yugi warned as he cleared his throat.
"What? He wanted to know, so I told him.....you guys act as if you're scared of him....well with the exception of Joey," she muttered. Yugi placed his hand on Yuri's arm to try and silence her comments.

Janus felt horribly disgusted by Kaiba's reasoning. She looked at Yuri and nodded, basically agreeing. She had no idea who he was though. Maybe she was overreacting, maybe she heard it wrong. "If you know him, you must be worried about him. We haven't heard his status yet," she said calmly to him.
Joey shook his head, "Figures, looking after number 1, huh Kaiba?" Joey nodded his head toward Kuro. He then looked at Yugi, "Don't shoosh her, she's right! Yuri has a right to say that." Joey didn't care what he said to Kaiba- Joey was either very brave, or very stupid.

Kaiba looked at Joey and Yuri, "You're both right about me of course. I wouldn't have done as well as I have if I didn't 'look out for Number 1,' that's just the best way to truly survive and get ahead in this world we live in," "Except that I have two Number 1's to look after, right Mokuba..." Kaiba, seeing he was unwelcome, returned to his table and continued to contimplate things.

Yuri watched as Kaiba walked to his table. She was curious about him since he was unlike any CEO she had ever met....and she had met a lot of them. She thought for a moment and then glanced at everyone before pushing her food away from her. "Excuse me," she muttered as she got up from the table.
"Where are you going?" Yugi asked as he watched his sister get up.
"To talk to this Mr. Kaiba....who knows, maybe I can get a job at his company," she shrugged nonchallantly.
"Yuri...are you insane?!? He won't hire you....he thinks you're beneath him," Yugi protested.
Yuri found this amusing for she aloud a small smirk to form across her face. "In the corporate world he is....but in my world, he's beneath me," she stated arrogantly and then left the table to walk over to Kaiba's. She sat down in front of him with a mask as hard as Kaiba's.
"You're right about one thing......you do have to look out for number one in order to make it in this world. I also admire the fact that your 'concern' isn't self based," she stated plainly as she glanced at Mokuba and then back to Kaiba. "Take that as a compliment....I don't hand out many,"

Kaiba looked up at the girl that was with Yugi and Wheeler, "Really. And who might you be? You're one of Yugi Moto's friends, so you obviously would have no interest in someone they hate and fear...and probably rightly so. Regardless of what you want, I suggest you walk away while you still can. I don't play nice in case you haven't heard and everyone who has crossed me has come to regret it."

Yuri smirked with a hint of amusement in her eyes. "I'm not Yugi's friend, I'm his twin sister...there's a difference," she stated as she studied him a bit further. "I don't play nice either and those that have crossed me have either hit rock bottom or died untimely deaths, but that's something you haven't heard because I choose to keep myself indisposed....personal reasons. You being a business man can understand that I'm sure.....oh and I walk away from nothing. I fight until the bitter end and if it costs me my life then at least I know I didn't die a coward," she added.

Kabia looked at the girl with suspicion, "You still haven't told me what it is that you want," then he thought to himself, "She mentioned that some who have crossed her have met with their death...perhaps she is responsible for the teacher's 'accident...'"
