"Vous effrayez mon domestique humain, Jean-claude," came the silky voice of Asher who watched his friend, showing little to no fear as he locked gazes with his old friend.
Jean-claude bowed his head. "Pardon. Je n'ai pas l'intention de faire peur à n'importe lequel de mes invités ici."

Jay let his head rest against the back of the booth seat, why was Asher here?? did he not trust him any? he knew it was probably improper but he turned a glare at his lover, then sunk back to hiding his face in the seats. Neo had quietly excused himself so he could go to the bathroom.

Asher blinked innocently at him. He trusted Jay...his reasons for visiting were a little different to what he thought.
"What was the look for?" he asked, wanting to know.

"...nothing..." Jay answered after a pause, he lifted his head off the booth seat and turned to sit properly in his seat, reaching for his glass of vodka and coke. Neo came back and sat down next to him, a smile on his face.

Asher didn't believe it but he didn't push the issue when they were still in public.
Jean-claude smiled to his old friend. "What can I do for you, mon ami?"
He smiled. "I woud like to borrow a few things from you this evening."

Neo leaned closer to Jay and let his mouth linger near the others ear.
"you've been getting ill again haven't you??" he asked in a whisper, Jay gave him a sideways glance and shrugged almost movelessly.
"yes, but so??"
"go back to Heiku, or you'll go severe again"
"i'm fine, he's checked me already"
"you get stressed out easy Jay"
"it's called parenthood"
"...heh"
the whole conversation was in barely audible whsipers, Jay acting unconcerned as he sipped his drink and Neo acting like he was fiddling with Jay's hair.

Both vampires had listened to the conversation. It was a little difficult when you were supernatural and had enhanced hearing to ignore it.
"Quand les marques suivantes donné-t-elles ?"
Asher eyed his friend when he asked that, then gave a mild shrug. He didn't know...it was simply a matter of time.

Jay decided it was time to go for him, he gathered his jacket and bike keys and stood up. Noe opted to stay and waved to Jay as he left the club, giving a farewell nod to Jean-Claude. He stepped out of the club and let the night air wash over him, before starting to walk the fews blocks between him and his bike.

Asher blinked, frowning as Jay left. Now what was his problem?
JC* also watched with an arched brow, only to get a scowl shot at him by his friend. He blinked innocently at Asher.

Jay stopped, he'd gotten annoyed with Asher for no real reason. He sighed and looked back, he'd look a real fool if he went back now, Jean-Claude was friendly enough but he gave this air that he expected obedience and perfection.
"oh well..." Jay muttered, running a hand through his hair as he neared his bike. He got on it and after attaching his helmet drove for home.

((*giggles* That's Jean-claude for ya. Sweet and angelic seeming but he's a perfectionist XD ))
Asher shook his head. "You know what I want... Try bringing them over?"
JC* just smiled and nodded before Asher slipped away and out the door again, waving briefly to Neo and flashing that sweet grin of his.

Neo waved a hand at Asher before turning his attention back to the club.
Jay arrived home a bit wearily, he shut the bike off and took his helmet off. Resting it against his thigh as he sat on his bike, thinking for a moment and catching his breath. He kicked the support down and leaned the bike onto it before getting off and walking through the side garage door and into the house.

JC blinked and glided to his office. He didn't really keep his toys there....unless a coffin was concidered a toy, which in his case he concidered a punishment for bad little vampires who stepped out of line.
Asher flew home, blurring past everything to land at the door. However he hesitated in going inside. Instinct told him not to....not yet anyway.
Raven was sitting in the living room, watching a movie with the twins. Alexis fighting sleep but having that tired look on her face. Joshua had past out where he was on the floor, little bits of drool coming from his mouth.

Jay walked in and smiled, placing his helmet on the floor where the shoes were. He took his jacket and boots off and walked into the living room. He rubbed his neck, why did it hurt?? he grimaced.
"i'm home" he said, walking over and picking Joshua up, careful not to wake him. The tot really was a bit like him, not bothered about where he slept in the house.

Raven smiled and looked up at him.
"How was your evening?" she asked, moving from her sitting position to walk over and kiss him softly.
Alexis slumped against the couch cushion. It was only a small matter of time before she too past out.
