Hey guys. Just wanted to let you know how amazing the 30 hour famine was, and that I am going to be in Canada for a few days...so you may not hear from me.
30 hour famine was incredible...I am so blessed that I got to lead it. Biggest highlights would have been 1. The bible study joining us on Friday night for worship--The kids seemed pretty impressed by the adults in our church who basically outdid the youth groups ( smile ) 2. The service projects on Saturday--we had kids painting over graffiti, sweeping sidewalks, weeding flower beds and cleaning up flood disaster damage at a few homes. and 3. (My favorite) our fundraising projects on Saturday evening....in 2 hours our 40 students and the leaders combined forces in the forms of a car wash and 4 door-to-door teams to cover the town and let people know about 30 hour famine and the world hunger crisis. in that time...we raised over six hundred dollars. (!)
It was amazing. I'm going to be putting together my presentation on the famine in the next few weeks, I'll be sure to share it with you all..
But don't be suprised to not hear from me for a few days....vacation time!

Sometimes I identify as a lesbian simply because I've been with a woman for nearly 5 years now and have never had sex with anything else. I still find some men and some transgenders to be reeaaallly attractive. Anywho... Tell who? Anne Bishop. Remember our IM convo when you told me? neutral Invited to what? You totally lost me... To comment on his hair length? Anne Bishop PirateEire Did he have long hair way back when the events of the Invisible Ring happened, then cut it shorter before BJT, or is his hair always so long? ...Or did the Japanese artists take liberty with his hair length? I think this falls under the heading of artistic license. I don't picture Daemon with long hair. I like the way it looks on him in that manga style of art, but it's not how I see him. smile Anne
