I could never use Sisters in my Space Marine Army, I'm sorry but the improved stats have my locked as being an Ultrmarine player, with Ultramarine special abilities, such Tyranid Veterans, and Honour Guard are just to sweet to pass up. Ofcourse I use Sister pieces such as their nice little mechs, for legs on my Dreadnoughts which look like they belong in the Matrix, as in those two legged APs.

I hear people complaining about How Tau suck due to new marine rules, well guess what, Assault Squads and Terminator Squads could both Deep Strike anyways, and those are what the Tau need to fear.

General VonCarstein also, the tau rule in a firefight. lets not forget that. I'm talking about the drop pod rule, and many Tau players act as though if a Assault squad Deep Strikes behind them, the games not even worth playing because they'll lose troops in a 'cheap' ploy.

Yeah, and many people complain marines are still too powerful, they need a 200 point transport just to assault after disembarking for petes sake, and now they can't do the one shot from bolters before charging.

You can use allies with the vets and all that stuff... Read the allies rules. Or I would not be able to use the emp chump...

meh, i had 8 termis drop into my battle line... i still mock them for not being able to assault and then meet 6 plasma rifles, before everyone went to play hide and seek and they couldnt get there XP. seriously, marines are somewhat overpowered, but not because of this... there are other reasons...

Marines are the love child of GW, plus they needed an army for new people and veterans alike, hence the over powered monks that can do anything no matter what restrictions are given on the scenario.

ALL armies already outnumber marines. if you use that outnumbering wisely, you can give them hell..

ALL armies already outnumber marines. if you use that outnumbering wisely, you can give them hell.. i completely agree, when you know your gonna fight marines you can easily counter them by numbers. but most tourneys only allow to swap around 10% of the force in between games, therefor, only swarm armies have that advantage against marines in tournements, and tournements being the only real place were i care wether i win or loose...

unless all your squads use the minimum number, or are marines, they'll outnumber the marines. No matter WHO you play. If you're in a tournament, you should have a unit and contingency unit for taking out heavily armed characters like the marines or imperial guard's stronger tanks.
