Ah, Tajiro nodded as he stepped closer to the atlas the girl looked over. I don't think this place has a position on the map...As far as I knew, it wasn't part of any realm in particular. He tilted his head to her, his navy bangs falling into his face to hide one eye as he offered her a charming smile. How did you get here, if you don't mind my curiosity?

"Oh lovely... I guess that means I won't be needing this then..." Catalina said, sliding her hand under the cover of the large book and flipping it closed. "And to answer your question, I got here on a ship... not really sure about anything other than that... my crew and I were sailing from Spain, then the weather turned bad and next thing I knew everyone but myself and one other from my crew were gone.. to where I'm not sure, and I had no idea where we were... so we did our best to manage the ship with just two people and came ashore on the nearest ground we saw... and now I'm here..." she continued.

I see. Tajiro examined the girl, his father's influence in him making him want to laugh over the possibility of a woman ship's captain, but his own mindset overcoming that with ease. That's peculiar, don't you think? he continued, moving around the girl to flip the large book back open. Where were you sailing from? Spain, you say? Flipping through the book to find the North Atlantic, he looked between the book and the girl a moment. Where is it you were heading? He knew it was highly unlikely, but in his studies of the mortal realm, he remembered they believed a set of coordinates to be some sort of warp portal into who knows were...and just perhaps his girl's crew hit those coordinates without realizing it and found themselves scattered over the universe?

Hm..Well that wouldn't have done it...Tajiro muttered, more to himself as he looked over the page. He shrugged a slender shoulder and looked to the girl again, pursing his lips. So, you remember a storm, and then you and one other found yourselves in this place?

After examining the girl a moment, Tajiro laughed softly, but hid it behind his hand. Perhaps Fate decided you weren't where she wished you to be, and decided to do something about it, thus bringing your ship here? His eyes reflected the amusement he tried so desperately to hide, and faint blush graced his pale cheeks. My name is Tajiro Valentino, he offered, shifting back so he could bow gracefully to the girl.

"Possibly...." She said with a bit of a shrug "My name is Catalina [Insert Surname Here]... It's nice to meet you Tajiro..." she said with a nod.

Catalina, Tajiro repeated, nodding to the girl before bowing some again. The pleasure is all mine. He straightened out and tucked his hair behind his left ear, leaving the right side of his face covered by navy tresses. I'm not certain exactly what sort of help I may be to you and your crew mate, but if you'd like, I'm at your service. He offered a broad smile to the girl and waited for her responce.

Tajiro nodded, understanding well enough that if the girl was infact captian of a ship, she was probably not one to accept help from someone. Especially a man. The thought made the corners of his mouth form into a smirk and he shook is head to himself before looking back to her. So...You have no intention of staying? he asked, cocking his head just slightly as he looked over her.

Tajiro nodded to Catalina, and shifted to step to the side so that they were more directly before one another. Perhaps you would like help finding a place to stay while you figure things out? A smile curved over his lips, and he gestured with his hand in no particular direction, as he had a tendency to make hand gestures as he spoke. I may not have been here long, but I do know where to find the boarding houses, hotels, inns, and so-on.
