Matt sensed the two outside his mansion. "They're both here."
"What!? So it was one of them who knocked on the door... Wait, how could they of done that? The crystols should of protected the house from them."
"Jen probably summoned one of the crystols. I forgot she had that power."
He walked to the door and peered outside. They had obviously left because he couldnt see or sense them. "Well, what are we going to do now? They're going to want to get the coven back together."
((Ok, heres the skinny. Matt doesnt know he's turning evil because Katana hasnt revealed that she works for Shdaow. He still thinks he's good, and for the most part is. He knows she's a demon, but its one of those Phoebe/Cole romances. He doesnt, however, know that she's the one that was trying to kill Blake. This should be fun. ))

Jen took her keys and and drove out of the driveway. "OK, so now that we're back in the idea of demonic activity, I've got something to tell you, before we save Matt." She said, shortly.

Jen pounded on Matt's door. "Matt, I just want to talk, I don't give a damn about the coven. For all I care I could never use magic again!" She shouted at the top of her voice.

Matt sat on the couch while Katana sat on the arm, stoking his head.
He heard Jen knocking at the door. "Not again." He was still looking down in desperation. "In this time of grief and pain, send her away before I go insane."

Jen heard the spell and focused on sending Katana away instead. She then barged into the house. "Seriously, we need to talk." She said, evenly. "I need like 5 minutes and then I'll leave and never bother you again if that's what you want." Jen reasoned.

Matt sat, unresponisve, on the couch.
Katana faded back in. "How dare you!" She quickly turned to Matt. "See what she's doing!? She cant stand that we're together. She's selfish...and must be destroyed." Without a rejection from Matt she conjured two swords and ran forward, flipping into the air for a perfect combo attack.
((You wont be able to summon her weapons away from her by the way.))

[That's ok...]
Jen tried to summon the weapons, but it didn't work. "Oh s**t." She muttered, summoning a sword from Matt's room, and defending. "Matt, she's turning you against us, can't you see it?" Jen said, blocking both attacks with one sword. "By the way, I know a couple tricks with a sword." She muttered, summoning another one and defending with both hands.
"Matt, I'm not jealous of your girlfriend, I'm your cousin for christ sake!" She growled. "That's what I came here to tell you, that's why I've known you since I was young." She said, struggling to hold her hand steady.

Matt looked up, shocked by the news. "Katana...wait."
She did a back flip out of the action and took a defensive stance.
Matt walked up and tk'd Jen into the wall, though not agressivly. "How dare you come barging in here and try and tell me you're family. The only family I've got is my brother. I want you to leave. I am tired of all this drama with you. What makes you think you can do stuff like this?" A tear rolled down his face.
He wanted desperately to believe her, but couldnt any more. He had given up on their trust.

"Check your family tree, Matt. Katelyn Michelle Levi, half witch/half demon. Daughter of Christopher Matthew Levi. Christopher was born December 2nd [insert year that makes sense here]. I was Born February 23 [insert year that makes sense here]." She said, throwing off the tk and walking out of his house.

Matt sent a stream of fire at her as she walked out. "No...its a lie....its gotta be...."
"Of course it is honey. Her name isnt Katelyn, so how could she possibly be related to you? Now come on..." She helped him off the ground. "Lets find a way to pay her back for this rudeness." She lead him to his book of shadows, which already had some pages turned dark.

The next morning Katana awoke to find Matt missing from the bedroom.
She began searching through the house, calling out his name. Finally she found him. "Matt...honey...are you ok?"
He was sitting in the conservatory, surrounded by the ash of burnt plants. The entire conservatory was filled with the smell of smoke. "How could they do this to me...." Katana tried to speak, but Matt interupted her. "-- No. Dont speak. Just tell me how to fix this. How do I remove the pain I am feeling?"
Inside she was grinning from sheer delight, but she displayed the utmost amount of sympathy on the outside. "We destroy her."
She waited for Matt to flinch...to yell...to do something, but no such reaction occured. He simply sat. Motionless. Speechless.
She held out her hand. "Come with me. I have someone I'd like you to meet."
Together they faded out.
