((@Tato: Nah, how do you get the dancer cuffs to show? confused I bought a pair and they never appear when I put them on.... Hmm...
*continues on with JilliRosy tidbit* Ahh... too bad Faryn's off and leaving... he might jump to more wrong conclusions about their relationship.... xD ))
Jillian smiled down at the other - down because he was quite a bit taller than Rosaline. After a moment, Rosaline returned the other's smile, if not a little hesitantly. "Hmm... see, I told you you would be taller than me," he murmured. "You don't seem to have changed much besides that, though... It looks like your hair hasn't grown at all... Not since you cut it. It was your mother who wanted you to have long hair, right?" Jillian nodded, fingering a strand of hair. "She always missed her sister, is what she would say..." He shrugged slightly, as if to show he didn't really care, but that pain had been very deep when he was a child. Jillian's smile returned. "But you haven't grown at all, of course..." he murmured. "Anyway, what are we doing, talking about this?" He wrapped his arms quickly around the other's small figure. Rosaline's hands drifted up to embrace the other after a moment, his head resting slightly against the other's shoulder. "It's been a long time," Jillian whispered. "Much too long," Rosaline agreed. Their meeting was only akward for a moment and soon they were talking easily as they walked aimlessly across the lawn. Jillian looked up at the sky and then halted in surprise. "Rosy, Rosy, I'm sorry," he murmured, slightly distractedly. "I have to be somewhere right now. Can we meet again?" The pink-haired man nodded, smiling. "Hmm... tomorrow... same place, same time?" Jillian agreed with a nod. After they said their farewell, Jillian made his way up to the castle and to Treza's room, a much brighter and more genuine smile on his face than any than had been seen for years. He knocked on the girl's door and waited for her to open up, unable to even try and supress his happiness.

((More Rosaline...)) Rosaline had returned home breifly the change into something more... normal. One did not usually walk around the streets in a ball gown. He now wore something much more simple, although still elgant and it still made him look more like a woman than trousers would. But he looked odd in trousers and he might as well meet other's expectations if he was going to take his dresses up to the palace... He had, in fact, made his own dress as well, although he had used much less fine fabrics than the ones purchased for him to use in the royal garments. Parcels in hand, he made his way back up to the palace. The parcels were received with much excitement - three of them would, in fact, be worn by the princesses themselves and they had to be examined closely to see if they were fit. Rosaline lounged in the hall, leaning back against a tall pillar, as his work was examined, allowing his thoughts to drift. He was very tired... The dresses had kept him up for many nights. He would finally be allowed some sleep tonight, though... That was a... releif.

Dax's nose scrunched with his smile at Sayael's companion's impatience as he turned to tend to his own horse. He gave her a quick check over, making sure the saddle was on securely and comfortably on before pulling himself up into place. Jacqueline wasn't one of the biggest or oldest in the bunch, but she was definitely no baby, either. Taking ahold of the reigns, he walked her out to stand next to Sayael. "All set?" he asked, though knew the other was quite ready. It was then Jacqueline turned her eye to Isfahel and his fellow rider and gave an almost sarcastic snort.

Sayael nodded. "You have all your luggage set?" he asked. They couldn't afford to fogret anything and have a false start. Isfahel payed no attention to the other horse - he didn't even paw at the ground. He had been bred as a war horse, although nothing of that was said in any official papers as the kingdoms were already skittish enough about the insipient war. Sayael patted his horse's neck breifly, running his hand momentarilly through his soft mane before curling his fingers losely in the long, silky strands - there was no pommel in the saddel.

"Everything should be ready," the blonde prince replied. He mentally went over everything, or at least most of what he had packed and gave a curt nod. "Yeah, I'm good. If not, I've got a simple enough solution.. I'll just swipe whatever I need off of you when you're not looking." Offering a raised-brow smirk, he nudged his horse into motion who started with a perky trot, swishing her tail up to smack Isfahel in the face as she went. "Come on! Get up here before I lose you, slow-poke."

Isfahel snorted slightly, turning his face away. He caught up quickly, taking long strides to draw level with the other. Sayael grinned. "Oh, dear. Your mother will be ever so disapointed if she finds her perfect son stealing. Not that it matters - I'll steal it back, anyway."

Dax rolled his eyes at the mention of his mother. "My mother-dearest would be even more disappointed if she found out I was being stolen away by some foreign prince she thought was oh-so sweet before," he retorted. "And no way will you take anything back. I'll keep all my belongings hidden. Or better yet, create a little forcefield about it that would keep you and your prying hands away. So there, Mr. Know-it-all!"

[[@Mie: They're boy only items. D:]]
Haar shook his head, "It's perfectly fine, I think if they ask to see some sort of demonstration of skill I'm sure they'd rather see magic or...or something of that sort. It gets kind of boring watching people heal eachother, at least it is for me," he mumbled with a slight wince. Ceris would hit him over the head if he heard him say that, but thankfully the mage was nowhere to be seen and would most likely be in hiding the rest of the day...which made him shudder.
[[I'm going to be gone on vacation from this friday, the 21 through the 29th and then I have a retreat from the 1st through the 4th of August (which I totally forgot about). x_____x; Anyway, I just thought I'd let you guys know. :DD
Tootles. <333

((Sketchusketchu.... http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/36667638/ )) Sayael pouted, looking actually hurt but spoiling the effect by grinning. "You're such a... meanie," he retorted, sticking his tongue out at Dax. "I'll just break the forcefeild, then. Or, failing in that, pester you until you give me my stuff back. Shouldn't be too hard... you're an only child, after all."

((@Tato: Aw, crap. D": Then how come it said "any"? *fume* And how come guys can wear girl items but not the other way around? *pummels Gaia* Dah... hnn, I may have to switch to a guy, then... but I doubt I'll actually do that. >.>;;
Ceris is su pretty. *_* Hnnn... ninja ))
"I'm, well... Most of my... er... magic is concerned with... music. Or, at least, what I know of magic. I can use other types of magic alright, but deffinately not as well as one with the blood... I've never tried Fire, though, because if it worked, and someone noticed - which someone probably would, because I'm under pretty heavy surveilence - there would be a lot of trouble..." He shrugged. The worst that could happen after that would be that he would have to move - maybe even to a different kingdom - but he wouldn't really mind. It would be his mother who would be broken...

[[Well, I know that guys can't wear all girl items...that's weird that it would say "any". O__o;; I don't know why it said that. I'll have to draw Ceris and Xel when they were younger, Ceris had longer hair back then. x3 ]]
Haar frowned to himself, dark brows furrowed slightly before he responded, opening a door to guide the other through. They passed a trio of ladies who waved at the young commander, who in turn begrudgingly waved back with a very much faked grin. "Nn, I don't think you could use fire magic, not easily anyway, I mean as long as you really are purely from the storms kingdom," he explained, smile fading back into a thoughtful frown. "At least that's what I've heard, I know from experience that I can't use any storms magic," he added with a thoughtful sort of look. "I mean, I don't know why it'd be such a big deal if you could. Maybe you should try it out while you're here, no one would think it was odd to see someone using fire magic, that's for sure," he said with a fleeting grin, turning red eyes towards the teen for only a moment.
[/edit] Okay, I have to go now. D: Bye guys, see you...on the 29!

"I suppose I will... But, see, that's exactly the problem. If I can use it, then it means I'm not pure Storms. Which would mean mother fooled around, which is... well, I suppose it could happen, but it doesn't really seem too likely with her personality. I know that the man who is supposed to be my father is dead - he died a year or so after I was born - so there's no trouble with mother's current husband..." He shrugged again. "I suppose it doesn't really matter. If worse comes to worse, I'll just move out of the kingdom."

[[Kittens! >w<;; I think the power MIGHT go out here so...yeah. >_>;; I hope I get this post out before it possibly does. D:]]
Haar's feigned smile dropped instantly once the two were past the group of gossipy ladies, a soft frown taking its place. It just didn't make sense to him why the younger man would have so much hate geared towards his way merely for a connection to the fire kingdom. He knew, of course, that their two kingdoms didn't see everything eye to eye but...but why would Alti be loathed because of a rumor? Of something his mom might have done? "Well, at least you'd finally know if such rumors had a bit of truth, right?" He suggested, opening another door before muttering something to a guard who quickly left the area through yet another door.

"I suppose. At least, then, I'd know why I'm relitively useless," he said with shrug. It really was true - his life had, thus far, been almost entirely empty until h had come here. He was treated with respect - for the most part - but with a bitter edge on it. He was left alone for most of the time, but was always watched... so he was alone among "company". He was restricted from doing things that could be potentially dangerous and unable to take part in the activites his family and the palace took part in because he just didn't fit. Even his magic was different - including his music. It wasn't quite the purity it should be, in the eyes of critics. "Maybe if it's true, then I'll move here," he muttered, more to himself than to Haar.

The blonde prince's mouth fell slightly agape at the comment. Whether it was from actual taken offense or if it was a feigned reaction was almost impossible to tell. "A meanie?" he repeated as if he had to say it for himself to believe it was said in the first place. Being the said only child left him with a spoiled rotten attitude and a life not used to hearing the littlest insults. "Well, if that's the case maybe I'll just throw all you belongings into the deep sea and you'll never have them back again." He stole a moment of silence where he rode with nothing but a scowl before snorting to himself and kicking his horse into a faster trot to get ahead of Sayael. "You're the meanie!" he shouted back over his shoulder.
