Elsa looks like her mother with brown hair and Princess Elsa used to be a blonde with Ice Magic but thanks to Grant's Kindness, he removed her ice magic she was born with, Adelaide. It's a long story. Greta saw that her hair and body was being washed by Lisbeth Grant cares about Elsa and he loves her for who she is. He even calls her Snowflake, Lisbeth & Adelaide.
