I would rp but your 400 words per post is ridiculous. I have other guilds im in and yours is the first with a mandatory posting amount I doubt I am the first one to complain over this but perhaps you would have more activity if you removed the minimum words per post rule

I'm sorry you feel this way. I would not think of discrediting your opinion, as it is your own, but many here write triple or quadruple that per post, and it's not fair to them to write such posts and get two sentences in return.
If you do not like this rule, and do not feel that you can meet this requirement, I am quite sorry, but it seems that you will not be able to stand with those in this guild. This rule is set in place to make rps fair for everyone. And there have not really been that many complains about it. This is a semi-lit+ guild. I can promise you that this is not the most demanding word count out there, even for semi-lit rps. ;3

Might of had a communication error with the rp I was in but I'm waiting for a reply to see what should happen

I may be sporadic with my posting until I get my room all sorted out; we're in the process of getting quotes for the replacement furniture and my PC doesn't have a keyboard o.o So I've only got my laptop for the time being.

ok that was alittle insulting saying "but it seems that you will not be able to stand with those in this guild".it may be fair to some but not everyone is the same and some with possibly dyslexia or some other disorder will not be able to fit said requirement. honestly I only joined for Heart broken but it seems more like a waste of my time. Honestly, 400 words isn't that much when you look at it; especially when you add some nice description words and some interesting tit-bits.
Below is an example of what a 400 word post looks like. It's surprisingly achievable when you start to add detail rather than basic actions ^^

It still seems like abit especially since you shrunk the txt size. I have 7 or 8 guilds im in each with multiple characters and I can't be devoting all my time to one SEMI literate guild. I understand why the rule is in place but honestly why bother with that if someone writes an entire paragraph and they only get a one sentence reply then have them say something and ban the offender. It honestly just seems like a bad excuse for lazy guild managment

Going to point out a few things I've noticed since joining this guild however long ago I did. A - the management of this guild has NEVER been lazy. I've never been in a more organised guild. Ever. They give a damn about their members. B - I don't actually recall anyone in this guild writing anything less than a paragraph. Admittedly I do have an issue with my short term memory, but I have never seen a bad post here. C - They don't ban. These girls just don't ban people. (or so I've come to believe)
I really do hate to be this person.. I generally just don't jump into things like this, but they bother because this guild IS semi-literate. And semi literate is usually the most lenient of the levels. They bother with this rule BECAUSE of what you just pointed out yourself: for fairness and equality. If people can't do 400 words minimum, then why would they join in the first place? Why join a guild you won't devote time to?
Elena and Stella go through everyone's posts to check they're sticking to the rules. They compile lists of pairings, they read through everyone's profiles and you call them lazy? There are people that haven't changed anything they've been told to. Owning a guild isn't easy - I see you have your own so you should understand - so I find it insulting that you would call them lazy and think that this word limit is just an excuse.
Be thankful this guild isn't advanced literate. I can tell you just wouldn't last. How? Because you're complaining about 400 words. I've got 17 characters over three literate guilds, 6 characters in four semi-lit. forum roleplays, I work, I've got a partner and I still manage to post on average 750 words. Advance Lit. works? I can get out 2000 words easy. Minimum. How would you survive with a minimum word count of 1000? Would you complain like now? Because I haven't seen ANYONE complain yet. Again, I do have a short term memory problem, but I have not seen a complaint.
Honestly? Brualty honestly? If you don't like it, why didn't you just quit? We're not forcing you to stay here, I doubt your friend will force you to stay here (who isn't doing too bad I might add) so why bother ruffling some feathers over a post limit? It's pointless.
TL;DR? Welcome to the world of literate roleplaying. We hope you enjoy your stay and our word counts. If you don't like it, leave.
You're offended by that statement, and yet, you sit here and insult guild management? I'm sorry if offended you, it wasn't intentional, but I can't say the same about your comment. That was an outward slam, and rather intolerable.
Shrinking text size has nothing to do with the word count. You could make it size 18 or size 8, the word and character count is still the same. It just looks like more or less.
And we don't just go ban happy. We try to be reasonable with our members. if you do not feel like putting in the time or effort, then don't. It's your decision. If everyone here can comply with the rule without argument, then there should be no problem. If you do not feel like complying with this rule, then you can not stay. But I won't tolerate disrespect to myself or Elena Tresemme, as we are running our guild in a way we see fit. It's our guild and we like to see certain requirements.
Again, you're welcome to stay if you follow the rules and do not further disrespect those running the guild.
