Well, Travnin would've put up more of a fight, but the Governor's corrupt and shafted the defense budget...

Precisely, they're spooked. Meaning that they'll react in panic, which means klaxons and emergency beacons all over the place lighting up. Plus, what i'm somewhat curious about is how a sith fleet snuck in this many ships without so much as a wink from someone. This isn't like taking one planet in a system, this is a number of systems that aren't under the sole jurisdiction of a single governor...

Dear lord, having 8 systems, at least 18 planets alone, all be perfectly content and corrupt and fall within how long? Dear lord i hope you have more than five ships at each planet if you intend to hold anything for more than an hour...

The rest of the cluster is being assaulted by a significant portion of the Imperial fleet. I'm not sure on the exact details, but it's far more than is necesary to take and hold an individual systems. I'd probably estimate that the overall effort for the Minos Cluster is probably about 2-3 Sector Fleet's worth.

And where are you getting 8 systems? Only Five (I've attacked three, Skuld one) have been attacked, and we're not even keeping Travnin.

Yes I did. That's been the strategy all along. Kinda been an open secret for a few days now. They were just a raiding party.

They knew that they could take the planet, but they also knew they could never hold it. They obeyed orders to the T and attacked Travnin, occupying the local forces and eliminating most of them, before leaving.

Nothing really. Destroyed an ancient corvette and some fighters, terrified the locals, and sent the Governor running.

But as I pointed out, a concentrated invasion, while probably successful, would have ultimately been a suicide mission. Holding Travnin would have been extremely difficult, if not impossible, given the forces available. I had a transport that was scrapped, and another severely injured. I couldn't risk staying around longer and having the lagomorph come back and having another go, or worse, having more substantial reinforcements show up.
