She zipped in the skies like a blur of gold and green; she zigged and zagged up and down the quidditch pitch. Clouds splattered across royal blues, Annabelle a mere speck, and the snitch, even more so. Her pale green eyes never wavered in her search, but somewhere in the back of her mind, she heard distant joyous shouts. A team had scored, who, however, she never stopped to look.

Soemtimes you need to step back..... Vanessa quickly rushed after the opponent chasers. She was being lucky now after her first shot had been missed. sure her shots were still rather weak but they were going on still. Coming up below the pair of hufflepuffs, the slytherin suddenly shot up to steal the ball.

Belle gasped, in the corner of her eye she saw glittering gold barrel down beside her. Hurriedly, she whipped around on her broom and dived down with the snitch in her sights. Finally, the wind slashed across her as she soared. Pushing the speed of her top of the line racing broom to full extent as the world blurred around her. She reached her hand out, hoping to wrench it out of the air and claim victory.

Annabelle growled under her breath, at the last moment the snitch faked left and tumbled right. She had to whirl upside down and cannon after the glitter of gold. The snitch spiraled, trying to lose her, but she drowned out the world around her, and just focused. Leveling herself out, long, nimble fingers stretched again for the tiny ball.

The wind whistled in her ears, deafening her, and she squinted her eyes against the sun and reached for the snitch once more.
