"Ah, sorry," Jake muttered, though he still wasn't completely back from his drift. He just missed his family. There was even a bit of resentment over the fact that they left him behind just like that. The matter was just too hard for him to let go.

Arc suddenly pressed his mouth against Jake's ear. "If you don't focus on the fun, I'll grope you in front of the crowd, My Mate." His voice low and dark. "I don't want to do it with children watching, this is a family oriented place after all."

Jake rolled his eyes. "This again?" he sighed with exasperation. "I'd expect maybe a little concern over what I'm thinking about." He turned to face Arc and gave him a bit of a challenging expression. "Do it then. I can't seem to focus on our date today."

"Be careful, I will give you want you challenge." He hissed with a purr. Arc sly slid a hand up Jake's shirt to pass over a n****e then removed it.

Jake flinched slightly, mainly due to the hand being rather cold. His body began to warm up a bit and he took it as a warning sign. They can't do much in this place.

Without another word, Jake headed to the drop ride with Arc. His mind continued to wander off, but he was a little less distracted now.

Apparently, it worked. Arc smiled to himself. Maybe because he had gotten out of the house, it calmed him from being away from his future daughters spirit.

They made their way to Falling Skies, but the ride's height and speed deterred Jake. There were already butterflies in his stomach and he was still on the ground.

Jake took the hand and held it tightly. "It's kinda weird that I'd be afraid, right?" he asked with a shy smile.

Jake looked toward where Arc was pointing and saw that his observations were indeed true. Before he could respond, he heard chattering as people began to leave the drop ride. "Looks like it's our turn."

"Yeah. Though I really don't see what the problem is about this ride. Its just a ride." He sat in the seat and buckled up.
