C/O the Location creation contest, since all three are being accepted into the edelverse. They were meant to be designed so that people didn't have to come back to the creators if they wanted to interact in the area. By the same token, some of the areas have potential conflicts/problems that could potentially be resolved and thus change the area:

I also have a question pertaining to the return of the sky and stars, as it affects the Arudi Sphere situation. When Harmodius creates them again, will it all return to where they once were? Or will stars have a new pattern? On a related note, will I be responsible for resolving the issue of the Great Plate not working with their star returned, or shall I just leave it be for things to happen?
The return of the stars and sky will return both. Stars that once were will be replaced by the new vessels, but there will be completely new stars as well - primarily the new Emblem Constellations. The Emblems won't be close enough to life bearing worlds to affect their gravity at all, but they will often be visible.
As far as fixing things in places created, that's a bit of a personal choice. The three creators of these places
are not responsible for fixing the problems
unless you want to make that a goal/piece of RP you'd like to be involved in.
If you want to be involved, notate that clearly in the Wiki entry for the place, or notate suggestions on how others could go about it if you don't want to be involved.
