[Fumbles and criticals rolls: When you roll a 1 ...you roll a fumble roll, which lower the accuracy rolls for that phase by 1, and when you roll a 20 ..it's a critical roll which will also increase your accuracy roll for that phase by 1. In your case, you have just reduced it.]

The Pidgey would come at the Shelgon then ...as the pokemon moved barely an inch as he saw that attack coming towards him. The bird in his mind was afraid of him already ...as he simply just held his ground and glared daggers at his opponent as he got closer and closer.
He wanted to see if the bird would dare to touch him as he was right at that moment..

The two pokemon's speed match at that moment as it would seem that both could attack. The victor of such a skirmish would be determined by their accuracy rolls instead of it being by ....whom could attack the quickest as the Houndour gather flames in his mouth as he spew out an ember attack at his opponent.
His ears flat as he watches to see how the bagon would react. The pokemon already had a slight advantage with the very fact ...flames weren't as dangerous to a dragon type ..as it was to many other pokemon.

"Use Dragon Dance to get out of the way" Molly called. She watched, as Strife tried to dance away from the attack.
She smirked, when she saw the Houndour's ember missed.

Shadow watched as Shelgon was using what looked like leer, after Scars attack failed.He stood there watched Scar pulled back on his attack clearly being effected. "Scar."
((I can run right on an attack phase?))

The Houndour's flames would catch the ground instead of it's target as the sands fizzle and burns. It would actually crystallize into glass right in front of them ..this wasn't a hound to be missing with ...as the successful move only means that the Houndour was more than willing to fire it again, and this time ...the Bagon would find itself really on the defensive with no chance of attacking back or using a move like before.
It was the sheer speed of the attack that would make that possible ...as he growled his anger. His pack would yip and bark at him ..whether this was encouragements or threats was hard to tell ....as he made his attacks clear.

"Brace yourself" Molly told Strife.

Molly almost sighed in relief that the attack did no damage, but caught herself. She didn't want to look weak.

[Yes, but you will have to out run the Shelgon inorder to escape it.]
The Pokemon smirks lightly as he saw that the bird broke off his attack ....as he had predicted as he lower his head and allow the rage to course though his veins again. He would bring him to ground with his sheer power as he howled out his rage and then seeks to hit his opponent with his full force ...as he used Rage.

Shadow quickly realized that this might just be an insteresting battle."Scar dodge it." Scar nodded as it swooped down avoiding Shelgon completely getting back into position for Shadows next command. "Good Scar now follow with tackle." Scar did as he was told diving straight down at Shelgon as fast as he could.

The Houndour was growling quite angrily. He hated to miss, he hated to lose, and he wasn't going to lose ....it was a matter of life and death as he slinks backwards. He was going to try and see what other attacks might be coming his way. His ears pin against his skull ....as he watched and started an actually skulking kind of motion as he circles.

Scar did as he was told diving straight down at Shelgon as fast as he could.
The dodge worked as the Shelgon's attack failed. It's eyes were hot with that anger, but there was less that he could do. He knew without it being said that his opponent would be attacking and with that call to tackle ....he was in a position of having to defend again as he curled up tightly into a ball. Trying his best to protect his soft or vital places.
