Damian looked around for the source of mana he was sensing. It was nothing extraordinary, but was interesting. He was Seul, and a Dawn Elf at that. He was drawn to magical entities for better or worse. In any case, his perch was right above Vahn's head. "Yo."

xxxxx "Ah vedui' (greetings), my good sir," said Vahn as he stood himself up and fixed his shoulder, closing his book and placing it into his backpack. "I take it that you're another resident of Kusana? I am Vahn, Vahn Alexopoulos. Dark Elf of Nocturne." He does a gentle bow to the individual perched over him, showing elegance in its rarest form. His choice of clothing said one thing, but the rest of him said another. His actions spoke louder than his words. That and he continued to hold his native elvish tongue to the lips.
Damian nodded as he eyed Vahn. The red eyes were a throw-off, but other than that he seemed well enough. "Use to be with Kusana. Things got.... complicated. Damian. Dawn Elf of Nocturne and the best Seul you'll ever have the pleasure of meeting." Damian did not seem the typical elfish being: he was not as elegant or spoke as sophisticatedly as others of his kind. However, this was not to be attributed to ignorance or weakness. The gauntlet on his left hand seemed to hum softly, reacting to Vahn's energy. "So... what brings you out here? I just swung by to visit home."

xxxxx "Oh what poor cruel tragedy falls upon me, you see my odd-hair-colored chum, I followed the leader of Nocturne to this place as he was experiencing a means of escapism. Though, after our training, he walked off to go have a destructive sexual moment with a cleric that we had spoken to at the gates," he shrugged, "I guess it can't be helped honestly."
Caleb walked into the area, he was here to take and clean his stuff along with take a dip. He unstrapped his weapons and shield then placed them against a tree. He stripped off his armor, tabard and tunic. He was down to wearing only a pair of pants as the rest of what he wore was padding. He walked over to the creek carrying these. He set them down by the edge and knelt down. One by one he used the creeks water to wash away the dirt, muck and sweat from his belongings. When he finished, he used tree branches to hang his stuff up.
Now it was his turn to clean. He walked into the creek to were it reached his waist and sat down. The water was cold but refreshing, it was nice. He took this time to relax a bit and think. He thought on Alex's words, he was rash but he was NOT going to watch anyone else die before his eyes. Nature is cruel, the little leaflys might seem innocent but who know if they were poisonous or had some really deadly ability. He had no idea what they were so he was cautious.
He pinched his nose and laid back submerging himself in the water wetting his hair. He sat up and swept his hair back, it was refreshing. He stood up and went over to his stuff and sat in the grass. He ruffled through one of his pouches and pulled out a whetstone and polish. He set those down at drew his Longsword from its sheathe. He took it and the whetstone, he sat there bring stone on metal as he honed its edge.
An hour passed and he finished his Longsword and had switched to his Claymore. He started to think about Alex again. She probably wanted to see him shine his armor. He sighed and finished the claymore. He gathered his stuff and headed to the office.
The cool water flowing on in the creek had a hypnotizing repetition to it, as it was always soothing for Adiel when things just were not going... swell. Up above she sat perched upon a great pine that towered well above the creek. Mighty as it was, its view was a great break away from the technology in the city. Having swimming in her mind with a whole cluster of thoughts, emotions and everything else, this was a more calming spot for the elf and well out of reach from most people who had not possessed means of flight or natural climbing ability. Even more so, her form was camouflaged in the pine needles, the light refracted around her body and blended with the patterns that surrounded her. She had with her now both her sword and bow complete with her daggers still sheahted away in her sleeves. Sitting there, silent, her wait would only cease when Lo' would come.

Lo stood silently at the bank of the creek that had been formed long ago to help the city flourish. Listening to the creek babble and rush down the many layers that had been formed was very calming to the nature loving elf. It was a place where children came to play with their families, or older visitors came for the lower area where there were baths to relax in. The whole area was surrounded by mighty tall Pine Trees, which gave it the name of the area in the first place.
At any other point in time Lo would have been the first to dive right into the crystal clear waters down in the bath area, but she was there for a different. Adiel had run off and Lo knew that this was the one place the Dawn Elf came to, to clear her mind. Lo took a deep breath. "Ad!" Lo called out loudly, not caring if it disturbed the peace. Lo was worried about her friend and wanted to know why she had just poofed away like she had done. The problem was, was that Lo was no good at getting to the high places that Adiel liked to perch in.
"Ad! Where are you?" Lo called out once more as she walked about the forest floor.

12341234• Dementia This ability allows them to store a tiny fraction of Justor's magic into their own body. The result is simple and yet very efficient. Not only are their casting times reduced by one post, but their spells are increased in size and range (and speed... slightly). This makes their magic harder to dodge, further solidifying them as the most efficient magic-users. The rate at which size/range are increased = add 1/3 of the base. So, 15 feet in length would become 20 feet in length. Speed is increased by about 1/5th, although this can become overwhelming if you constantly sling spells. 12341234• Detect Magic Rank: Passive Description: The user can detect magic. This means when others cast spells, or emanate high amounts of energy, you can see their aura. This also means you can detect magic in an area, meaning if an area has something magical about it, you can feel it. At higher ranks, you can determine the source in an area. 12341234 12341234 12341234 12341234
It took her long enough to show, Adiel thought to herself as the familiar voice echoed. She was still perched in her favorite tree still scarred with scratches from the days she couldn't climb as efficiently. Now it was refined to a point of a flawless scale.
With her eyes closed, her mind wandered into its scouting form to survay the ground. Incorpreal to the world, her mental presence was as the base of the tree as her cloaked body remained up top.
Lo' unwittingly passed her as the Dawn Elf would speak up slightly just as she passed. Through her magic, a visage of her crouched body partially manifested as a translucent form as it was only the refraction of light.
"Over here, within the tree." She said behind Lo', speaking from her almost ghostly body with her ventriloquist spell to speal from her mental presence. The image created of Adiel was a real piece of shoddy work as it lacked color and only shown part of herself to the elf. Magic wasn't something she had fully perfected in conjuration of her multi tasking such as hiding and projecting at the same time.
"Have to be so loud? I've nearly struck you with a root" she hinted the slighty upturned roots ready to lash out from her magic.

A shudder ran through Lo as Adiel's voice came from behind her. Spinning around on her heel Lo intended to scold the Dawn elf for sneaking up on her, but upon looking at the colorless upper half of Adiel, Lo slapped a hand over her mouth to stop a fit of laughter. Magic was certainly not Adiel's strong point, no matter how good she was at disappearing and blinding people in a fight.
"O-of course I have to be." Lo said clearing her voice, but obviously still trying not to laugh. "You climb so high in those trees that I have to yell." Lo looked down at the roots Adiel was speaking of to see the root that was jutting out of the ground like a snake. "Unless you want to keep the others waiting because of another spar I suggest you rethink the root." Lo said with her hands on hips.
She nodded and started to walk away. "We shouldn't keep them waiting for long, sister."

"..." Adiel had nothing to say at Lo's reaction to her inadequate concentration of her spell. It wasn't something she used on a daily basis and nor was it a thing she needed, it were for convenience so the woman wouldn't be speaking to an invisible disembodied voice. Regardless of such, Adiel shifted herself through the tree above as the illusion died away and her mental presence snapped back to within herself, giving her full awareness once again.
All the dark elf would see is a simple illusionary blur fall right in front of her face and light itself distorted around the frame of a six foot figure, Adiel. Her landing was soft and kicked up little dust despite from such a long fall as she rolled to absorb the impact as her dawn shroud flickered out and unveiled her true form. She was there, physically crouched now in her green silken uniform and the headband now tied around her forehead with bow & quiver mounted on her back.
She looked at Lo' with only a blank stare and then looked out at the dappling creek to get one last look of some peace before having to confront some golems in a place of the dead. "Why... must everything give reminder of him?" she asked no one in particular, speaking to herself for the most part. She rose up and shook her head as her emotions still ran rather high, her hand hiding part of her face as she choked back a sob, turning partially away from Lo'.
"Enough of this." She said, shaking her head and finally regained her composure once again. Emotion was a fickle thing and her hands shook slightly from the recent wave of it all but she still had control of herself for the most part. "Sorry for all that. I..." there was no real need to explain it she wanted to say but her voice trailed off. She glanced at Lo' once more and then at the water again, searching its blue surface for whatever answer that would never rise.
"Lead the way. I am your shadow, sister." xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Lo blinked several times as she watched Adiel becoming very blurry for a second. It was almost like looking at her without glasses, but everything around the Dawn Elf was clear and normal. She rubbed her eyes for a second to clear her vision. Fixing her glasses and glancing at Adiel, she could hear her friend mutter something. However, she couldn't make it out, but Lo still had a pretty good guess as to what sent Adiel out here.
She said nothing as Adiel worked her emotions out. This was one of the few times when Lo knew when to keep quiet. It was a rare sight to see Adiel struggle with emotions. When all was said and done Lo simply looked up at her body guard with a small smile. "It's fine." Lo said when Adiel attempted an apology, but stopped short of actually saying anything.
"The others have waited long enough and those brothers still need to be put in their place." Lo said as she walked off crossing her arms across her chest. "Running amuck is one thing, but to that in a Graveyard? That has to stop." Lo chattered mostly to herself as she left the area. Trying to come up with ideas as to why the Golem Brothers could be acting the way they were. And in a Graveyard to boot.

Gilraen Dawn Elf Ninja - Novice Citizen Strength: 5 / Speed: 9 Energy: 550 Weapons: Bo Staff, Bow and Arrow, crossbow, Shuriken
Gilraen arrives at Pine Creek ahead of Diana. He readies his crossbow, and begins looking for the golems which Exceed had mentioned. He sticks to relatively well-covered areas, so as to avoid potentially attracting the attention of the Mer before he finds the golems which, along with Diana, would hopefully serve to draw the majority of the Mers' attention, allowing Gilraen to attack without being aimed at too much.
Diana arrived at the pine creek. "Where the 'ell is that guy I'm supposed to be working with? 'e isn't exactly a team player either then." she thought, and began her own search. Golems weren't hard to find, and she could rely on her speed to get her out of the way of an attack if need be. She started to get a bad feeling overall, but she knew she had to get this done, and then continue onto bigger and better prospects. She was conscious of the local inhabitants, not wanting to piss them off too badly, and continued her search.
As the duo had arrived, they would stumble upon two golems, one appearing to be made out of ordinary rock and the other made from pure steel, trying to fight these strange mers. The mer seemed to be a rogue group, but their arrows were chipping away at the golems due to the water infused with each shot. "Keep going sisters!!!" One of the mers shouted as some were out, moving faster than the golems as they wielded their tridents to strike at the legs of the beasts. Should the Golems not receive any aid soon, they would most likely perish.
