Penny for your thoughts.

Never done this but I'd like to know two things.

1. Can we train techniques during Spars?

and if so,

2. Do we have to reduce our Chakra count as if we've already trained it?

Ventus: Yes. If you're Ninjutsu class, your learning limit also applies to Maruton like it does your elements.

Sin: Yes, and I'm gonna say yes for the second one as well.

Without a bloodline, if you do Tamer-Tamer, and choose two of the disciplines for Tamer - like Eternal Partners and Beast Master. Eternal Partners gives x amount of boost per rank up, and Beast Master gives a different one.

So which one is the one that counts?

Eternal Partners allows 3 actions / activations (what's the difference?) per post, 2 offensive, and Beast Master allows 2 actions / activations (1 offensive). EP gives +8 jutsu slot per rank up, where BM gives +4. With both of them, does that mean +12 slots per rank up, and 5 actions / activations per post, 3 being offensive? Or does one take priority over the other?

Also, why is it that the Katei no Neko bloodline so severely limits the Tamer class discipline, restricting the user to a single partner regardless of rank - essentially forcing the decision of the Eternal Partner discipline? It seems a waste to require something and force the user's hand towards a single branch, reducing the potential for creativity and out of the box thinking.

Very good questions there, Tagetami! Unfortunately, considering the very steep differences behind the disciplines for the Tamers, it is in fact, that you only get to select one of the discipline. In its place, it gives you a rather wide variety here. So the one that counts is the lone discipline you choose!

It's due to the general consensus that cats themselves are quite selfish creatures, and the purpose of the clan itself is to bond with the owner. As they become so close, it makes the connection to the owner so much more.

Unfortunately, due to the concepts at hand, it's meant to be a simple one on one disclosure.

While most [house]cats are selfish, it is not necessarily true of all larger cats - I am thinking specifically of lions, who often gather in prides. Still, that is a fair enough answer.

In regards to the class, then, if choosing Tamer-Tamer, does that essentially make the base chakra / stamina 200 and 250 respectively?

And as far as jutsu for the animal, the Tamer class starts with 2 Ninjutsu and 1 Taijutsu - are those for the tamer, for the animal, for both to be divided equally, or does the Tamer get 2 Nin / 1 Tai and the animal gets 2 Nin / 1 Tai as well (totally 4 Nin / 2 Tai between the two). Also, the animal gets extra jutsu when Tamer-Tamer is chosen, do these also apply to the Tamer or does the animal get 6 Ninjutsu and the Tamer only 2?

if you are taking the same class twice, simply add the numbers together as if they were two separate classes.

Eternal Partners: The user is able to nurture, grow, and bond with a single animal, almost becoming an animal themselves with traits, characteristics, and natural weaponry. This single animal will be exactly the same at the user's level in chakra and stamina pool, and able to manipulate any two elements, perform 3 activations a post (max of 2 offensive), and gaining +8 jutsu slots a rank.. For every rank the user increases, they can claim a trait associated with their chosen animal (communicate with species, natural weaponry, senses, ect) to be approved in the custom jutsu thread, and add it to their character.

The pet themselves start with 6 i believe jutsu slots, and depending on the discipline you take depends on how many they gain per rank up. Eternal partners gives +8 jutsu slots per rank. these are the only jutsu increases that pets will receive from leveling up.

the other numbers are for the ninja themselves. if you took tamer twice, then you would start with 2 taijutsu and 4 ninjutsu

I have a curiosity that wont leave my head so I figured I'd ask someone here. More complex poisons that do specific things like hallucinations and other really nasty things aside from just death are generally regulated to puppet users and medical users, this much I know.

My question is what about simple poisons that one comes across every day. Some of them are still lethal such as bleach and all that good stuff. Would regular shinobi be able to get ahold of "Simple" Poisons that could cause severe illness, death and sleep.

This is something I, personally, shouldn't seen an issue of. Albeit, I will still have to bring this up between the other moderators for final discussion. I currently don't see any listing for such poisons, so if it's not in existence it may soon become a project for one of us to undertake.

Congratulations. I've just been handed the job of finishing the official poisons list, just because you asked about this. Expect to see this job finished by the End of September at latest.

AandOE edit: Yes, I had an old system for them that never got finished, Rinaku.

Just a quick thing id like to have confirmed. What is minimum rank to start playing around with fuinjutsu? I see that it starts at B rank but the minimum chunin requirement seems to be no longer there. Was that changed or is it still chunin?

I have just a little question about the profile. Im using a tamer class thingy, I believe. Now where does my pet information go? Cause things.

@Rinaku: It's up to your Kage, but in most villages it is acceptable for Jounin to have access to them. Genin wouldn't be able to access much from the list, anyways, as they can't learn above B-rank. ^_^

@Naminosaki: If you want to double your profile format to be really specific about the pet, then that would be neat. I put them down in my inventory, with little notes next to them, but that's only due to the 50k character limits per each post that Gaia employs.
