I also like Wolfs Rain but I can only see some episodes on You Tube
Naruto like most Anime is quite graphic - I would not allow young children to see it esp when the series progresses into shippuden as it gets darker. Why Disney picked it up is beyond me as they often don't venture off the PG path often.
(wonders if friend can 'get' me a full set of Wolfs Rain in English)

If I met the person of Whom I quoted above me I'd gab the bull by the horns - just because I felt like it .

As far as I recall, Wolf's Rain is better than Naruto, but still certainly nothing of great value. : / You know there are much better sites than youtube, for watching anime. : P
Perhaps Disney picked it up because it's a childrens show! It was made for ten-year-olds! rolleyes

What can I say, I'm still just a child ~ whee
Okay, it's true, Naruto is kind of stupid and preachy, but... I like it for some reason?

Wait. Disney picked up Naruto? whatwhatwhatwhatwhatwhatwhatwhatwhat oh wait i remember vaguely hearing about this somewhere. never mind.

What's wrong with juvenile tastes? Children's shows are awesome!

It may be because most shows directed at adults I've seen are these really convoluted (and bad) Chinese dramas that always seem to involve either fighting the Japanese or Kangxi Emperor that my parents are always watching, but regardless.

I feel there's a difference between child-like and juvenile. Juvenile has a negative connotation of immaturity. There are plenty of good childrens shows. Avatar: TLA is one of my alltime favorite shows. And yes, there are just as many bad adult shows as there are bad childrens shows. (Though there are plenty of gems among adult shows, as well.) All I'm saying is that Naruto is dumb, convoluted, poorly thought out, poorly written, poorly executed, and just generally a peice of crap. : P

No, no, I agree, Naruto is pretty bad. I don't really know why I like it, but I guess I tend to like crappy things so xp

It might be but it is graphic - so un- Disney like- they love their princess stories - all lovey dovey, most of their cartoons - even Bambi and the Lion King don't show blood, that I know of- please post me a Disney- completely Disney made cartoon that was graphic/involved blood. I could be wrong as there is plenty of Disney things that I haven't seen.

- What sites- do they charge $$?- I'm on a tight budget - An anime to me that made no sense and the name was strange - Bo Bo Bo Bo - it was more backwards telling then Dragon Ball Z.
There are some anime that never made it here - I don't recall the names but it was on the Adult Swim on Cartoon Network.

Weren't there a whole bunch of people who were super-worked up earlier in the year because Disney acquired the Star Wars franchise?

I'm not sure how bloody that is, because *gasp* I've only seen Episode IV. Do not fear, my friends have threatened to guillotine me for ages for not seeing the rest, so there is no need for you to as well.

I think Lucus sold it to Disney (stupid man) I shudder to think what they are going to do to it. Could you see Chewbacca in curls? eek
