Hiruko calmly stepped through the portal, finding no one around. What did it matter to him? He wanted silence. Why do you think he left in the middle of Hifumi's little rambling. The guy was an idiot, any ways... The only reason he put up with him was because he was the only one who gave the Silver Star Tea House any money, and that was where he stayed for his buisiness.
He cracked his knucles before putting his cane, which had a brief case that was tightly locked dangling off the durved handle, over his shoulder and calmly strolled out into the unknown. Hey, why not exploe this world? Emmett said they would be here for the kids. He might not be much for nighting, but that didn't mean he couldn't help the kids with their trauma and nightmares... And he was pretty hungry. He could find a room when it got light out again and sleep in the day. After all, he hated the sunlight.

((Alright I an chatting from my itouch so.... Yeah sorry about the lack in length)) Alfred listened to the explanation. So there was that sort of technology? Really? How cool was that! He smiled brightly as he looked at him, "That's so cool! We don't have any of that technology where I'm from! We're just plain old boring immortal." Really it was. He had to make sure he wouldn't be taken over and invaded. They could fade into nonexistence if someone initiated a war and they lost. But Alfred could never lose a war! Right?Her head fell backwards in a sigh of exasperation as she heard his words. " You have no idea how much I want to. But I have to put up with this guy for eternity. If I have to listen to him complain anymore.""Of course my dear little Mathieu. I will keep your name a secret as I penetrate the deepest corners of his American heart. I will repoelrt back to you as soon as I can with my scarily accurate conclusion." Scout laughed and nodded. "Undahstood. Yeah, I have a feelin' I am too now since I aint at the base. I did a double jump off onna the roofs today in that fight- man the landin' hurt! Back home I can jump off a 2 story buildin' wid little problem. Here, I jumped off a house that mas a little less than a story an' my knees are still hurtin' a little."

Spy heard a familiar voice, and was curious enough to look through the open door. "Just now realizing we are back to normal physics, 'ere?" he questioned, raising an eyebrow. "I'm surprised you didn't get any real injuries, zhen."

Scout groaned hearing the familiar french accent and shot Spy a glare... then he stopped seeing him in a blood-stained cotton shirt and denim pants. "'Ey, lookit what the cat puked up! If it aint the snail! What the hell happened to you? Get mugged or somethin'?" He snickered lightly and sipped his coke before picking up a Spiderman comic.

I don't carry spare suits on me during a mission, boy. Zhe blood on zhis shirt is from one of our teammates. She got left be'ind in zhe battle, and was captured and gravely injured before zhe god Emmet brought 'er back. I 'ad to carry 'er to zhe 'ospital." Perhaps he could get Scout to feel some guilt, especially since it was a girl who was so badly hurt.

Oh God! A girl got hurt?! All joking was immediately put away as he jumped to his feet. "No s**t?! Oh, God. I-is she alright? She didn't die, did she? Oh, I thought bringing women into a war was a bad idea. Bad guy always aim for the girls. Any one who watches movies or reads books knows that!" And by books he meant Spiderman, Batman, Superman, any man... Scout at this point was pacing in worry. Sure, he didn't know many people, and over half the girls wanted to hurt him or worse, but- STILL!
Hiruko wandered the towns, sighing lightly to himself. He probably should have stayed in the portal room and just waited for some one to come to hm, but that would make him feel like he was back at home waiting for a customer, which was quite often boring. "I'm quite sure some one is around here some where..."

Haseo was walking around. He must have turned around somewhere because he recognized some buildings. 'I miss that minimap' he thought annoyed. He saw someone walking by themselves looking lost like he was. "Hey are you new here too?" he asked.

Hiruko paused and glanced over to Haseo, a look of uninterest (as always) on his overly pale face. "Hmm, lost you ask? To be lost would imply that I had a particular place in mind which I was directing myself to. If that were the case, no I would not be lost. Now to ask if I am uncertain of where I want to go, then that would apply... And, yes, I am new here." Lesson one, Hiruko's a smart a**.

Haseo sighed. He didn't even ask if the guy was lost. "Well, welcome to Quasar" he said. "I guess you could look for an inn if you are wanting to sleep or something, and a restaurant if you want some food" he replied to match Hiruko's attitude. "My name is Haseo by the way"

((Oh, oops. A lot of people have been asking "Are you lost?", so I, being an idiot, read that wrong. (Wish I could edit it, but too late.) ^~^; ))
Hiruko closed his eyes and shook his head lightly. Even though he had the appearance of some one in need of sleep, he wasn't. "I can sleep in the day, and I can't eat. My name is Hiruko the Baku." Old habits brought him to say the last part since people tended to be looking for him back home.

"Well okay then" Haseo told him. "Well it's nice too meet you and what is a Baku?" Haseo had never heard of this at all. It never came up in his real life let alone his game life.

Hiruko was used to having to explain this kind of thing to others. It could be confusing when first heard of. "A Baku is a supernatural being that can enter a dream and nightmare and devours them, although, nightmares a much more enjoyable... Especailly ones with extreme raw emotion or gore." A sick smirk came onto his face as he mentioned the last little bit. He was hungry after all... "In fact, that's exactly what I do in my world. I go into their nightmares, help people work out their little problems usually caused by past truama or guilt. Then, before they awaken, I take the nightmare and eat it."
