Matt nodded. He went over the girl, and bowed to her. "Might I have this dance, my dear girl..." he asked, taking off his hat. THe girl blushed, and nodded. Matt put his hat back on and slid his hand on her waist and took her hand in his other. He began to waltz with her.

This was so not her day! what Marcie saw next didn't help easy her mood on the least, so Matt was dancing with a girl, a pretty girl to top it off, a pretty girl in a pretty dress to make it even worse! she was going to kill someone if something good didn't happen soon... for now she just leaned on the wall and stared at the girl like there was no tomorrow

Matt dipped the girl. He smiled, and picked her up again. He was having a lot of fun. He didn't even notice that Marcie was back.

Matt was just having fun so why was she feeling so inexplicably furious? something was not right with her priorities, she should had been dead-worried about having the king on the same castle, let alone the same ball, why was he worrying about his little bother? well, you are doing so because you don't think of his as just your little brother dear, the small voice inside her head told her and made her blush.

Tao sighed and led Alex out onto the floor and began to twirl her, dipped her first and kept the lead. Of course, when he said to lean on towards him if she felt like she was going to fall, he meant that if she felt it at all tonight. So hopefully she'd keep it in mind.
Dorthy looked at her lap glumly and kept quiet. Her lavender eyes closed when she heard a few people talking. Perhaps people didn't look at her because of what she wore today, maybe it was because she was looked at as if she were like her lazy father. She shoved the thought away and forced a small smile on her face as she fiddled with her gloves.

okay, so she needed to get distracted... maybe someone to talk to? Marcie spotted Dorthy and Mr rabbit not too far away so she made her way over there quickly "why, hello there! isn't it a lovely dance?" she said when she got there.

Alex kept her eyes up, looking at Tao eyes, but she felt like looking down, to make sure she didn't trip or turn her foot the wrong way, or step on Tao foot, she didn't feel like she was going to fall, she felt like she was going to do something worst.
Rabbit smiled as Tao and Alex danced together,Dancing is very hard sometimes...., he looked at Dorthy from the corner of his eye.He looked at Marcie, "Why hello there, where is M-" he didn't finish the sentence spotting Matt dancing with some girl,Oh he shouldn't have been so rude.

The song ended, and Matt bowed to his dance partner. He smiled, and said, "Thank you, madame...." He tipped his hat and walked away to the punch bowl.

exel marudashi It was weird, Maria seemed to understand but he could not be sure she did, Nobody wanted to stay like this forever, but he knew it was impossible, if he had learned anything from this years it was that the more perfect everything seems the sooner it will end so he sighed and continued holding Maria's hand "You want to know why i call you 'Little miss miss'?" he asked trying to not say what he had in his mind directly, since it was embarrassing, but trying to say it in a way he was sure Maria would understand.Marcie was worried the queen might not had gotten her dress so she decided to go look for her, she smiled at Matt as soon as they where at the bottom of the stairs and excused herself quietly " I'm sorry but i think i need to check if the queen got her dress... i couldn't deliver it myself you see" she blushed and mumbled something about 'dinging-birds'  Kaito cries because he finally realised that
I'm better than icecream."Mhmm!" As if her little moment was simply nothing, Maria went back to being cheerful and childish. "If you're willing to tell me, of course! Heehee!" Queen or no, she was still a kid at heart...most of the time. So it shouldn't surprise anyone that she always talked in such a matter, especially when she was having so much fun! Marcie overlooked rabbits insinuation, she knew he didn't mean any wrong, so she just decided to say hello to Dorthy again since it seemed she hadn't heard " Hello to you too miss Dorthy"

Matt then walked over to Marcie and the others. He smiled. "Did the thing with the Queenie go well, Marchy? Cause, if you don't mind, I would like to dance with the girl I brought, and not one I met here..." He then took a long drink of the punch....

Dorthy looked up at Marcie and gave her a faint smile,"Hello to you to.",she said barely loud enough to be heard over the music playing.
Tao simply led Alex easily,"If you keep being hesitant you will fall. Just follow my steps and let me move you.",he said leaning forward as he dipped her again. He had a firm, yet gentle, grip on her hand and waist though. He also kept her close to him just in case.

"Oh, it was.... well let's just say she has her dress on" she said getting a little paler but then anger came up as she recalled his last statement " but you seemed to be having fun with that girl, isn't she pretty?" calm down, is not his fault you now her inner voice told her but she was blinded by jealousy at the time so she didn't listen.
