Matsuya looked up slowely at the kid. "You've learned three techniques that pertain to your specific speciality?" Matsuya would take the answer as a yes, since the boy was approaching him. "Then answer me this. What does it mean to truely be a shinobi?" Matsuya's clone raised its eyebrows, waiting for its answer. it seemed an easy enough question, but it had more meaning behind it than most knew.

The young girl Saga Saki screamed when she saw the Hokage, "Hokage samma!" she said before she dashed over to him and glomped him before staring up at him adorably. "I learned some new jutsu, and I'm ready for my Genin challenge," she giggled before turning red with blush and turning her head embarased. She let go of him and took a seat infront of him cross leged with a dumb expression on her face.

Matsuya sat thinkning for a moment before nodding. "Yea, thats a decent summation." Matsuya took spare headband out of his equipment pouch. It always was wise to carry an extra when you had students longing for one. He held it out to the boy, smiling a little. "Well, as of today you're officially a Konohagakure shinobi. Don't make me regret this." Matsuya couldn't help but laugh inwardly. It was amazing that two of his shinobi had already made him regret making them a genin.
Matsuya looked at the girl. His eyebrows were raised at her aswell. "Well I suppose I'll ask you the same question. What does it truely mean to be a shinobi?" Matsuya looked at her, waiting for her answer.

As tai took the headband and wrapped it around he leg, he felt as though he knew what the Hokage was pointing at.
"Do not worry sir, My allegiance is with the Uchiha, who are tied to the senju. You will be protected, as soon as I have the strength to have faith in that position."

Saga twiddled her fingers in her lap and looked down, "What does it mean to be a-a ninja? Well for me, it means I now have alot of responsibility, and I will vow to protect every one in the village, I promise to become a great medical ninja so that I can take care and protect the people precious to me, and those in need of help, thats my nindo and what it means to be a ninja. Oh and be loyal to the village," she added with a giggle.

Matsuya nodded, taking out another headband. He held it out to the girl. "Here, go continue your training and missions. The chunin exams are right around the corner and I want all of you to be ready. Even if only a fe of you make it, I'll still be happy." Matsuya stood up and walked a little ways away. He'd let them continue their training in peace. He sat in a tree, watching them from above.

Coming back from the library tai combed over one of the scrolls that he had borrowed from the library. Sugini Ouda was what it was called, and the point of the genjutsu was to stun your opponent. The jutsu itself made the opponent think that you had snapped, in the blink of an eye, in front of him. Then the vision of yourself that has now appeared, stabs the opponent. It does no real damage, but it makes the user believe that they had been stabbed, and simulates the pain.
He seemed like it would be easy enough to master. Genjutsu was one of his specialties, it was his favorite thing to work on with his father. He thought over how to use his chakra to manipulate the chakra around the brain, to achieve the desired effect. He thought about which sense needed to be tricked first, to make sure that no holes are left, to lead the opponent to believe that it wasn't real.
Tai walked in from the library, finding his way to the training dummies. He stood, about seven feet away from one of the dummies, focusing his chakra outwards, and then back, casting the illusion on himself.This was to warp the outside world from his vision, so that he can see the illusion itself, to make sure it was an accurate depiction. He took the proper hand seals for the technique and began molding his chakra.
The first sense that he felt needed to be tricked was the sight, and that would be easy. He cast the illusion on himself, as though a bunshin was preforming the technique. The clone dissipated in a flash, and with a blink of tai's eye, was before him. Taiji looked down to see that the bunshin had a kunai in Tai's own abdomen. "Alright!", he thought, Were almost there. We just need to fix something about the reality of the technique.
After sight, it was the sense of touch that was next to be tricked. He wrapped his mind around how he would need to use that same chakra, that was manipulating his brain, to make himself feel as though the kunai had really pierced him.He applied this thought, and then felt the sharp piercing burn that accompanies being impaled by a blade. He felt somewhat accomplished, being able to tolerate the pain of his own genjutsu so well. Good, now to try this from the start.
Everything went to white around tai, as he was hitting what could be amounted to a reset button on his illusion. The training ground reappeared around tai, and the clone stood before him once more. It was at it's original distance of seven feet away, and now tai felt as though the technique would run more smoothly. He nodded to the bunshin, a sign that he was ready to run through the entire genjutsu sequence. The bunshin tilted his head slightly, acknowledging it.
It was deadly fast, that tai blinked once, and his bunshin had made the distance between them nothing. Tai looked down to the bunshin, and felt the white hot seer of being stabbed by a kunai. He couldn't actually see whether or not he had been stabbed without looking down, but the feeling is unmistakable. He brought himself to clap, before dispelling the genjutsu,and fell to his knees, panting.
"good, good. That's an amazing jutsu, it will definitely come in handy."

Sitting alone in the training grounds, Tai figured that this would be the opportune time to Learn one of the uchiha family techniques. He fumbled through his messenger bag, looking for one of the scrolls his father gave him, that had the Uchiha clan insignia. He pulled out one of them, Assuming that as long as it was an Uchiha jutsu, it was a good one. Tai sat on the the ground, with the scroll rolled out in front of him, as he studied the technique.
The first thing he would need to do to make this successful was wire. Luckily for him, all of the Family scrolls that required special tools, had just enough of the tools inside the scroll to practice it a few times. He slid his fingers along the scroll, where it looked to be tattooed, to summon the materials. With a puff of white smoke, in his hand were wire, and a shuriken, they were already connected.
He skimmed over the scroll one final time. It said that one must first trap the opponent, by attaching the string to them, by any means. The first Idea that came to tai was to simply throw it, but it would be such an easy thing to dodge.remembering that there was in fact a string attached, he thought it better to throw it, while running so that it misses it's target. He could then pick up on this miss, by having the string tugged on to redirect the shuriken, so that it hits.
Now that the first step was taken care of, he'd have to figure out how to set the fire itself. Seeing as the wire was thin, and could only be seen in the light at the right angle, tai figured that he could easily put the other end in his mouth. This would give him an easy way to set the blaze using a katon based breath technique. Tai stood up, and rolled the scroll, before shoving it back into his bag. He was ready to put this technique into action for the first time.
The uchiha squared up with one of the training dummies, with the wired shuriken in his left hand. He clenched his teeth down onto the wire, and ran over the routine in his mind one final time.
"Alright, Toss the shuriken, pull the wire when it's behind him, and then light the blaze with a katon."
It sounded simple enough to him, He could do this if he put his mind to it.
Without any notice, Tai dashed to the right of the dummy, Throwing out his shuriken for the set-up. The throwing star darted directly to the side of the dolls head, coming close enough to cut a tiny piece of wood off as it sliced past. About six inches of wire had gone past the wooden practice doll before the cord was yanked. The star halted in it's path, and violently twisted backwards, lodging itself into what would have been the back of it's head. The deep thud, of metal impaling wood was the signal that the Uchiha was waiting for.
He stopped in his tracks, and clapped his hands around the wire in his mouth.He took a deep breath in, molding chakra in his mouth, and in his lung, before expelling them to finish the technique. Through the corner of his lips, he commanded, "Ryuuka no jutsu!", and blew air between his teeth, onto the wire. The wire immediately caught flame, and hurriedly traced the cord, all the way to the dummy, setting it ablaze. Tai let the cord fall from his mouth, as he panted, and wiped his forehead, which was now covered in sweat.
"That wasn't hard at all, my first real clan jutsu to add to my arsenal."
After a short break of sitting on the ground, Tai decided to stop by the market street.

As Saga approached the training grounds she was delighted to see her Sensei Shizuki from the hospital, it also seemed that she had brought a friend along. "Hey Saga! Come over here," Shizuki said. Saga happily bounced over to her sensei's position and greeted her. "Saga this is Midori, she's gonna help with your training today."
"Hi Midori!" Saga giggled. "Hello deary," she said patting her on the head. "Ok first things first, let's learn some Taijutsu!" Shizuki said. "Yay" Saga said jumping up and down. "Today I will teach you the basics of Genjutsu and the jutsu Kai to counter them. Let's start off with Fukushi no Jutsu (Double Vision Technique) This is a simple genjutsu that causes the opponent to see doubles of everything."
"Oh I see, I got it in this scroll" Saga unrolled the scroll and read the description of the Genjutsu and how to perform it. "Now Saga perform it on me, and Midori will use Kai to break it." "Ok," Saga said she concentrated her chakra and preformed the hand signs, "Ninja art Fukushi no Jutsu!" she screamed. As this illusionary jutsu was casted upon Shizuki she instantly started to see doubles of Midori and Saga, "Very good." Midori smiled as she clasped her hands together. "Kai!" the illusion then dispersed.

"Let's move on shall we? Next up is the Ikamono Chishio (Fake blood) This genjutsu can create fake blood and wounds on the user’s body to fool the enemy that he/she is wounded. The illusion is only visual; it cannot trick the sense of smell." Shizuki said. "Hmm" Saga flipped through the scroll, "Found it, right here. Let's see I gotta do this that and something."
Midori smiled, "She's so cute," she giggled. Saga had her tongue hanging out of her mouth as she read through the description. "Ok, I'm gonna try this on you." she said hopping up as she preformed the hand signs and screamed, "Ikamono Chishio!" As she casted the illusion onto Shizuki she warped her perception of Midori, who in her eye's was know on the floor covered in blood. "Help me," Midori giggled. "Kai" Shizuki said laughing. "Good going, were all most done." Midori said.
[Ikamono Chishio (Fake blood) Learned] Chakra 11/15
"Ok kid, next up is the Suiganmourou no Jutsu (Drunken Sight Technique) A basic technique that makes the opponent see the world around him in a blur, as if drunk." Shizuki said. "Hit me," she laughed. Midori face palmed at her remark. Saga read the description of the jutsu with an open mouth, drool flowing down her lip.
She hopped up and nodded, "Understood." She clasped her hands together and formed the needed signs, "Suiganmourou no Jutsu!" she screamed. As she casted this illusionary jutsu upon Shizuki, her vision became blurred and her movements sluggish as if she were drunk. "Look at the birdie" Shizuki laughed as she hit the floor. Midori face palmed before using Kai on her friend.
[Suiganmourou no Jutsu (Drunken Sight Technique) Learned] Chakra 9/15
Midori smiled at Saga, "The last genjutsu for today is Bouzenjishitsu no Jutsu (Stupification Technique) The user locks eyes with the target and forces a hand seal. For as long as the two can keep looking at each other without being distracted or obstructed, both cannot move. When the user blinks, it's also over."
Saga quickly read the description, "Sounds like fun," she giggled hoping to her feet. She read the description of the jutsu and performed the hand signs, " Bouzenjishitsu no Jutsu" she said. As the illusion was casted upon Midori both her and Saga felt themselves unable to move as they were both fixed in place and forced to stare at one another. However Saga blinked and the illusion vanished. "Hahaha you blinked," Midori laughed.
[Bouzenjishitsu no Jutsu (Stupification Technique) Learned] Chakra 7/15
"Now Saga, I have been using a jutsu called Kai to escape from the from the illusions you have been doing. I know you know how to do the jutsu but now you can use it for real. Be ready for I'm going to cast a genjutsu on you and you will have to dispel it."
"Ready," Saga said. Midori nodded in responce and formed hand signs, " Suiganmourou no Jutsu" she said. As she casted the genjutsu upon Saga she fell under its illusion. Her vision blurred and her movements became sluggish. "Woah," she said all most falling over. She clasped her hands together and uttered, "Kai" in a flash the genjutsu was gone and she returned to normal. "Good job Saga," Midori laughed.

Pleased with her training for the day Saga rolled the scroll up and thanked her Sensei and her friend before leaving the training grounds and heading to the Library.

Shinsui Suou // Kumogakure // Jounin // Puppet Master // 
Suou appeared at the Training Grounds. He was furious and had to find the Hokage. He scanned the area with his left eye and found the Hokage in a tree. "Get out here now, Hokage!! This is urgent!!" Suou had arrived with his gloves off, revealing two mouths upon his palms. His sleeves were rolled up, revealing large, intricate tattoos that crawled up his arms. The buckle over his left eye was undone and showed off the mechanical contraption known as his Ocular Augmentation. Suou never revealed all this at once unless he was serious and/or bent on some form of destruction.

Matsuya slid himself off the branch and landed a little ways off from Suou. "What? Haven't I told you before to stay away?" Matsuya had his feet planted. His face had no emotion on it except a small frown forming at the corners of his mouth.

Suou immediately was in his face, screaming at him. "I don't f***ing care right now!! My student has gone Rouge and he assaulted the Raikage in an attempt to murder her!! I need to know if he came through her!!" Suou had lost control at this point and released a few clay explosives around the area and triggered powerful explosions. "So you better tell me anything you know about Kano Tenshi!! Now!!"

Matsuya thought for a minute. "The boy you came with last time you impeded on my hospitality?" Matsuya held his hand to represent the boy's height. "Very angry and snobbish as I remember. But no, I haven't seen him since them." Matsuya cracked a small, almost invisible, grin as Suou finnally revealed which village he was from. "And trust me, I've had my share of people go rogue. Two, to be exact. And it's starting to annoy me." Matsuya squated, looking at Suou still.
