Roxanne laughs at the lamia's comment about her cold scales.
"You're not the only cold-blooded creature in here..." the warlock said with a smile, as she folded up her cloak and placed it in between the lamia's back and the carriage bench so she didn't appear uncomfortable all coiled up on the floor.
"If your rabbit is as good of a tracker as you claim it to be, you better let Eric borrow him so he can get us to the right place."

"Carbuncle can only find items if there is a picture of them in it's mind but sure Eric can borrow him. However carbuncle might not want to give up the item it finds... like a dog and a bone." She said putting carbuncle down. As she relaxed against the cloak and the bench. "though if its dangerous I have two more summons to defend us." She said rubbing her own stomach a bit.

"So you're a Summoner huh?" Cress stated turning his attention from his cousin to the Lamia. Looking down at Carbuncle he gently bent down and smiled. Pulling a small edible herb from a pouch from his belt he held it out for the creature. "Are you hungry little one?" he asked with a curious smile.
Cress loved nature and animals, and her Carbuncle was no exception. Even though it was a summon, it was still adorable.

Roxanne nodded her head towards Cress.
"He's the one who knows what we're looking for. If anybody would have a picture of this Silverfawn plant, it would be him." Roxanne commented, watching as Cress tried to fed the green rabbit a small herb.

"Indeed I am a summoner," she replied with both hands on her stomach as she watched Cress try to feed her summon. Sheena smiled as carbuncle refused the herb, "hehehe despite the bunny appearance... She is a carnivore. If you have the picture of the plant please show it to her to memorize." Sheena said rubbing carbuncles head. She then remembered something when she was unconscience, it was a certain noise but she was sure it wasn't a dream. "ummm while I was out I heard the sound of bones... was I just imagining it?" she asked looking around a bit.

A rabbit that ate meat huh? Putting away the herb, he then replaced it with some dried jerky, sure enough the summon grabbed it out of his hands and hopped onto the Lamia's belly munching the jerky. Such a strange group of people have assembled. Cress took a seat and waited for the carriage to head to the forest.

"Oi Lass ya heard right." Brillux said with a smile. The skeleton knight still didn't care for Lamias though. So a greeting was all she was getting out of the animated undead creature.

Finding the picture of the Silverfawn plant in the book Cress had given her, Roxanne passed the book off to Sheena so she might share the picture with her summoned critter.
"And no, you were not. What you heard was our resident bag of bones, Brillux." Roxanne replied, gesturing to the cloaked figure of Brillux where he sat huddled up against one side of the carriage, trying to separate himself from the conversations overtaking the interior of the carriage. "He tends to keep to himself as the undead are not known for their social abilities."

Sheena put the book next to Carbuncle, While the rabbit ate it stared at the picture intently knowing what it's summoner wanted it to do. Sheena on the other hand was begining to shake like a leaf, "O-oh. It's. A. F-Friend..." Sheena's eyes were hugged as she sank into the coils of her tail. Her hands gripping the end of her tail like it was a teddy bear. There was soon no doubt one of the summoners biggest fears despite being a summoner of spirits was ghosts, haunting, and the undead.

Removing his hood and revealing his skeleton head, mainly just to give the Lamia the willies, he smirked at her. "I ain't no it love. Brillux is me name, and don't ye confuse me with one of those brainless undead! Us skeletons are a lot cooler 'an smarter than zombies." he said howling.
"Just like you ain't no garden snake either, I ain't gonna hurt ya, though your rabbit does look mighty tastey. I'd be keepin' yer eyes on him or else I might toss him in a stewpot one day." he teased gruffly, just being silly mostly. Brillux didn't eat, how could he without a stomach? He just liked scaring people and something told him that Sheena would be an easy target.

Roxanne lightly smacked Brillux across the shoulder with her staff.
"Play nice..." she warned, "Not everybody is comfortable around the undead, especially one that is considered to be 'friendly'."
Roxanne had no idea what had come over her there, normally she would have been laughing alongside Brillux as he scared the living daylights of the lamia. Stupid hormones, she thought. I'm turning into my mother...

He smirked at her. "Your pregnancy is makin' your heart soft." he teased lightly. Looking at the Lamia he then shrugged. "Nah I ain't gonna hurt ya. Just don't mistake me fer one of your summons lass." he would have winked if he had eyes. Pulling the hood over them he returned to looking out the window.
Cress had been pondering. Forced to sit next to Roxanne, mainly because of how the rest of the group was seated, he tried not to bump into her large middle. He was surprised at her sudden outburst towards the skeleton. Becoming a mother probably softens even the spikiest of people. he thought looking over at her. Their eyes met for a moment and he blushed when her look seemed more annoyed.
"I am sorry, Roxanne was it? I hope I'm giving you enough room for you and your young." he said in a friendly tone. Normally he would also be annoyed at the Lamia's summon now munching on his book, but he had another copy or two. Always have a spare was his motto. After all one never knew if a book would fall into a volcano or get eaten by a monster.

Sheena nodded still shuddering as she tapped carbuncles head to stop him from doing any permenant damage to the book. Sheena then drew a summon circle and carbuncle went through. "O-okay.... keeping a summon out in my new f-form is a little tiring so I w-will summon him back when we are there." She said quietly still majorly afraid of Brillux, as she spoke again. "o-okay Brillux... A-Although one of my summons might make you stronger..." She said already thinking of something wicked, but there was a time and place. Now was not the time nor the place.

Realizing he was alone in this, Eric decided to get the horses going once more. There was a path so the knight had a pretty good idea of where he should be going.

Hold off on that plague for now" Taking her hands away from the sphere, the crystal ball returned to it's foggy nature. Belandra paced around the room in thought, thinking if a plague was right.
"I need to get a new crystal ball. I can barely hear a thing on this one anymore. But I did manage to overhear something about casting their magic making them swell. She answered. "They will probably try to go see the local wizards, you can have your fun there. I on the other hand, need to get closer to them..."

Brillux smirked, he was going to have fun with the Lamia, he could just tell. Yet for now he would leave her alone, not really wanting to start a rucus, or get bonked again by the motherly warlock.

As Belandra began to pace, he stood there quietly.Ryvus her tacticion was quietly pondering to himself. He was a thin man, dressed in a long black robe ordained with various magic symbols. His hair was short and dark blue, his face was handsome and his dark silver eyes always seemed to look scheming. Placing a finger upon the bridge of his glasses he had been there the whole time with the two. Ryvus always hated how some of the members were more reckless in their thinking.
"How about you join them?" He stated finally speaking. "No I mean it, I'm not crazy. Disguise yourself My Lady and get to know their weaknesses. Become a hidden fox in a rabbit patch.." he said a dark smirk upon his lips. "Of course if you want the barbarian over here to just plague everything, then there won't be much of this world left for us." he stated now glaring at the other man.
Both of them didn't get along well, he hated how 'stupid' he was.

"Ryvus, that's a stupid idea!" She huffed, how could something like that work...then again...
"I got it, I'll disguise myself! Yes, I'll learn more about them directly, their weakness, their goals. I'll be a wolf in sheep's clothing! It's a stroke of genius, it's brilliant!" Belandra gave a haughty laugh. One wouldn't dare say Ryvus deserved the credit for such an idea, less they wanted to end up on "display" with her other servants. They were hit with a Gorgon's Eye spell, turned into rock and all placed together to show as an example to all who entered her dwellings.
