Your 'information' is based upon a personal preference, while mine is based upon established fact, that 7-11 took the idea and improved upon it in various areas. Unless you can show concrete proof that slurpees really do equal 'poop in a cup' as you so eloquently put it, even though you cannot, then everything you have said and will say in the future is complete and utter malarkey. By declaring something a classic the way you have, you are saying that it is better simply upon being in existence before the other item it is being compared to. If this were true, then modern day vehicles must not run as well as classic cars. Also, a beverage containing a heavenly mixture of ice and soda and/or syrup does not contain genetics.
