No sooner had Sam's words left his mouth did he meet another burst, electricity arcing from any metal surface near, with Sam as the focal point.

Jarred and Kat saw Sam come flying out the garage as if flung from a sling.
"Huh." Jarred mused, watching the kid hit the ground in a roll, coming to his feet quickly. "Don't see that every day."

The effect of the psychic grew stronger, the closer the two got. Kat's mind would begin to drift back to her childhood, whereas Jarred couldn't shake the feeling that there was something he should remember, something right on the tip of remembering, but eluded grasp.
The electric Keeper slipped back into the house, the three making their way back towards the patio.
"What should we do about them?"
"Back-up's been notified. We should be getting a team here to take them in, too. They want us to hold out in here."

Jarred grit his teeth. "Kat, I think you should go back to the car. I'll take care of this. The psychic's strong." He slipped the gun out from the back of his pants.
"Hey! One of you two!" Sam yelled from over at the car. "Hit me with the car!"

The Keeper's hid inside the house, holding up in the hallway on the second floor, leaving the bedroom and bathroom doors open for cover, leaving Daryl in the furthest room, in plain sight of the other end of the hallway.

Arch the Angel Jarred grit his teeth. "Kat, I think you should go back to the car. I'll take care of this. The psychic's strong." He slipped the gun out from the back of his pants. "Hey! One of you two!" Sam yelled from over at the car. "Hit me with the car!" Kat gave Jarred a sharp look. "I appreciate the chivalrous thought, Jarred, really I do. But you're not the veteran here. You have no idea how to deal with people with powers." Kat was about to say more when she heard Sam's plea for help and let out a small sigh. "I'll be right back. Have to run over a high school kid. Don't get yourself killed, all right?"

"Noted, but no promises." He said, moving towards the house carefully, gun at the ready.
"No need for killing here. Give us the kid, and we can all go our separate ways. The whole front side is covered, you aren't getting out of here." He yelled out in the house, moving slowly around cover.

"We're not going to leave the kid. You've interrupted our operations. You're not leaving here, either!" The Lightning Guy shouted down the hall.
The Psychic stayed in the same room as Daryl, hidden out of sight around a corner.

"Will you get my little dog, too?" Jarred said, standing in the kitchen, trying to figure out where they'd be by the voices.
"I don't want to kill you guys, and from what I hear, you're not keen on super-power related deaths. We can all just walk away. There's other supers out there that don't have the good guys protecting them."

Kat gave Jarred a sharp look, and almost snapped out a sharp response, but closed her mouth and moved to the SUV, jumping in and starting it up. She hoped that running Sam over wouldn't actually hurt the kid, but there wasn't a lot of time to think on it.

Arch the Angel "Jump out before you hit me!" Sam yelled at her. "And get a good start!" Kat wondered breifly why she'd have to jump out, but she shrugged her shoulders and put the SUV into reverse, getting a bit of distance before gunning it and heading at Sam with a high speed. A small distance away she jumped out of the car, landing in a roll that was far more painful than movies tend to portray.

Sam waited in a crouch, trying to pump himself up as the car got closer.
He flung the car as it came within range, the SUV flying over towards the house, crashing into the front.
"Wooh!"

Kat moved over towards him with a dark scowl on her face, pulling bits of gravel from a scrape on her arm. "Damnit Sam! That was our ride home. What the hell was that supposed to accomplish anyway?"
