Amoire sat farther away, next to Maria Pia of Savoy, one of the royals of Italy. She was older looking than Amoire, though Amoire out aged her, the woman was deeply wise. Deep Brown hair the color of earth, her eyes green and brown, the begining and the end. The change of seasons. " M'lady Maria Pia, you seem well as ever." Amoire smiled lightly. The woman was truly a beauty that noone of tday could understand. Her skin was a creamy pale, that of Italians, seemingly light with her rich brown hair, and eyes. She was simply dressed, unlike others. A black dress with white under blouse, it was a style of the 1800's. Her neck was long and slender, her fingers elegant and beautiful.

Amoire nodded, "Yes, I do hope so..." She watched Anthony, she didn't have a problem with the savior of his life, whether he be human or not.

Max sat on Lucien's lap as he had guestured for him to. He was certainly going to make sure that he stayed very close to Lucien all through this. As far as he could see, he might be the only human in this place, but none of them would dare to hurt him if he was with Lucien.

That wasn't the only reason he was nervous though. Lucien had him dressed in tight black velvet pants that left very little to the imagination, as well as a see-through brown shirt, that perfectly matched his eyes, but also did nothing to cover his figure. He felt almost naked.

"Lucien...are you sure I look okay?" he asked quietly.

Yoshitaka saw that the commotion was starting to yammer on and stood up. "Ladies, Gentlemen please, let us remember ourselves for a moment. Anthony doesn't just hold this boy up as a prize to be at his side. You should all know better than this. I have spoken to the boy at length. Though he is lacking is age and the wisdom that comes with it, he is very willing to learn, and his standpoint on these times would be invaluable." He allowed his words to echo off the ancient stone walls and continued. "As Anthony says, his unique wisdom has allowed him to save our headman in time to save us from our encroching doom. I agree with Anthony on this matter full hearted and proud to have him with us." Yoshitaka sat down and glanced over to his sister greatful for her presence. Just her being here made things easier for him. What would he do without her?

Anthony gave a short bow in Yoshitaka's direction. "Thank you my friend." He returned his attention to the assembly. "If we are to solve this problem regarding young vampires breeding too rapidly, I believe it will be beneficial to have one of the sensible young ones be here to give his perspective. I will now resume my seat and open the floor to suggestions as to how to deal with this problem."

He sat down again. He didn't want to influence the others' decisions by speaking first. He had ideas but he was very much willing to hear better ones.

Amoire sighed and then stood up, Her hair that went from blue black to silver...her small form. But yet requested a silence. She wore a plain kimono of sage with daisy design. "As much as it is to say it...our first step would not just be the fact of young but a specific type of vampire." The was some controversy with that response...but Amoire waited...but they wouldn't silence to let her finish.

AMoire nodded, her eyes were cold...she was sure amano would not agree with her...she wasn't sure she agreed withherself.

"Its a vampire type...the one...who when they bite...with no transfusion at all, turns the prey into one of us. Now the times have changed, and instead of right away it takes 3 days, or a serious emotional argument...you could say. They breed to fast and those who start it know what they are doing...only coming to visit after the three days, to have them drink their blood to compelte it. If not 7 days later they are human....but by then so many other have been biten! Everyone here should know that I do not like to harm our kind, but there is danger of voer population...there are now cast systems in our kinds, creating even more troubles as well!"

Anthony waited for Princess Maia Pia to finish speaking before rising again, sketching a short bow in her direction. "I will agree with Princess Maria Pia on one thing. We must find a way of bringing this rapid turning to a halt. There are multiple solutions but only a very few are remotely feasable. We could restrain the newly bitten ones until the revert to humans. This would require a massive task force to accomplish and we would not be able to get them all.

"Also there is the prospect of developing a vaccine for the vampirism infection this specific kind carry. We do not yet have the technology for this. It would take awhile. If it is even possible."

He was not willing to resort to the darker methods which were sadly the most feasable ones.
