"I've been singing for most of my life, as well as Healing. But most of the time, I sing just to heal people. Because my powers rely mostly on my voice." she explained; "Oh! Well nothing really, I was going to go see the doctor at the hospital just for a check up on my injuries on my arms, but I cancelled it to finish up some things. But I finished all what I was suppose to do today." she said as she sighed.

"I really wish I can heal my own injuries, but angels aren't allowed to heal for themselves cause then its greed, and greed is part of the seven deadly sins and against the rules. What a shame." she moaned as she brought up one of her arms in front of Jake.

"See? I got these injuries in a huge battle a month ago. But I never knew it would take me this long to heal. But most these injuries are burns" she said as she dropped her arm back to her side.

"Well, I have a way I can help you. IF youd like me to heal your arms, that is."
He reached into his shirt, fumbling with his necklace. He pulled it out, revealing a pure white reed for a saxophone, that was as white as an angels feather. It dangled loosely from his necklace by a removable clip. He pulled it off slowly, placing his cases on the ground as he switched the reeds out. He tightened the screws, looking at Ai once more.

"Really? Okay! You can, Thanks!" she said happily as she held out her arm. Slowly, she unwrapped her bandages to reveal some nasty burns on her skin. Wincing slightly as she took the bandages off fully, she dropped the bandages on the ground.

"Okay then, you can heal it!" she said to Jake as she eyed the necklace with her two lavender eyes.

(no worries. It still interests me biggrin )
Jake tightened the reed slightly, then put his lips to the mouthpiece and blew. A small light aura began to cover him, almost angelic. He played softly, making each note sound tuned up. It was Angel Nemali, By stanton moore. Little feathers, like those of an angel, floated up out of his saxophone and onto Ai's arm. They burst into tiny particles of light, and the skin on her arm began to lighten to its original texture. The song lasted for about six minutes, continuously healing her arm until the burns were gone. He blew one last note, then lowered his instrument to let it hang loosely in place. He opened his eyes, turning her arm over slightly to examine his work.

(( Sorry I took long, I was busy and It IS X-mas eve.))

".. ah.. " she muttered as her soft lavender eyes widened as a bright light glowed around her arm, she watched her arm slowly heal to her fragile skin than burns. " ah.. Thanks!" she she exclaimed as she took her arm back to her side. Then she quickly looked at the clock and suddenly remembered something; How can I forget?! she mentally hit her head as she looked at Jake.

"Sorry! But I forgot I have to go to the city to tryout for a commercial!" she said as she hugged her folders full of lyrics and bowed a couple of times; "I hope we see each other again!" she smiled as she ran out of the room; hopeful that she makes the cut for the commercial, it may be her big chance!

(i know)
" Alright then, Ill seeya later!"
Jake picked up his cases, walking after her into the hallway and back towards the dorms.
"Cherry, cherry, cherry...trying to get famous, eh? well, i wish you good luck.."
He walked silently, only a smile curled on hs lips.

Carefully making her way down the isle of seats, Layla sat in the first row, just staring up at the empty stage; how she longed to be on one again. She sighed to herself, remembering her old friends and from where she'd come before Ria. She slowly picked her hand up and remoed the silver rimmed glasses adroning her face, her blue eyes sparkling in the light resembling jewels as they always did.
Maybe I should go back and perform with them again some day... even if it's over the summer, she thought to herself, Yes. I think that'd be nice. She let a small smile form on her lips as she continued to gaze at the old stage, it's drooping red curtens, covered in very thin layer of dust, seemed almost inviting, as though encouraging her to visit her friends later on in the year.

Rille wandered into the music hall when she was finished her meal. She sat down in a seat near the back, rummaging around in her bag. It's been too long since I've practiced. I need to remember to make time for this more often. So much has been going on, with that whole Ananda thing, and now my own problems. But today is going to be just for me. She closed her eyes, smiling slightly. Then her fingers came across the hard plastic of her flute case in her bag. She pulled it out, and quickly put the pieces together, then raised the flute to her mouth. She blew a few tentative notes, that could barely be heard in the large room, then started to warm up with a few scales.

The music hall echoed with the loud screech of the door as a young man forced it open. The incoming breeze kicked up the dust lying on the carpet-lined pathways to the stage and off the backs of the seats. This place hasn't been used in ages. The man let the heavy door clang shut behind him before moving toward the front. The silence that ensued was deafening. Before long, the man had gotten up on stage and flipped the large electrical switches that powered the overhead lights and outlets on the platform. Satisfied, he walked through the spotlights to survey the rest of the now-illuminated room. So, too, was he in view now, wearing straight flare-cut blue jeans, a white t-shirt, and a sweat band around either wrist. But what caught the light most weren't his clothes, his violet eyes, or his salt and pepper hair. It was the curled grey tail and pair of grey ears he bore as a sign of his heritage. At first glance one would think him to be some kind of fox or cat hybrid, but his ears were more rounded at the tip and his tail too curled. A canine breed perhaps? No, again the tail didn't seem to match any sort of well known demon.

The boy finished his glance about the auditorium, sure now that no one else was there, and creeped back across the stage to the item he'd come there for in the first place, the piano. First he went beside it to prop it open so that the sound could absolutely fill the room, and so that if it was out of tune he could more easilly reach in and adjust the string. That set, he wiped off a spot on the bench and sat down. He lifted the key cover and let his fingers rest gently on the hard surface. Softly at first he began to press down on the keys, moving slowly as the melody began to seep from his right hand. It was pure sounding and the boy marvelled at the quality and clarity of each note as the soothing song gained the lower harmony. With both combined the sweet lullaby became a haunting serenade. It filled the soul with mystery, longing, and a touch of fear.

A small girl, much smaller than the boy who'd just entered into the room, had been asleep.

Heavy note on had been. As he came into the room, she kept her curled place under the piano where she'd been asleep, as was her strange habit of recently. To curl under a grand piano in an abandoned music hall. Looney toon. As always. But she knew well enough that it would be rude to have suddenly just come upon the guy who'd entered the room out of nowhere -- especially since it seemed to be the piano he had his eye on. Staying quiet, and hidden in the shadows of the grand thing, as he walked over, and her eyes became fixated upon the tail that hung from his back. Gray, and swishy, and soft-looking, and hey, he didn't have a bad sense of fashion either by looking at his pants. But who am I to know fashion? she frowned for a moment, holding in a sigh. Stupid mind, always being a self-putter-downer. Keila grumbled inwardly, rubbing her eyes with one hand. It seemed she was even more funny that usual having just woken up. Her neck was adorned with a soft pink ribbon in a perfect bow tie, her hair, slightly messed, was straight at the side of her face for the most part.

She shifted as he began to play, mostly in awe. She never could figure out how to make a beautiful note come from the piano. It sounded like child's play, so she'd immediately despised and given it up, not wanting to be childish. Sitting in dead silence, not even daring to breathe to end the pretty music, she inhaled at the sound of the lower harmony. The two combined were marvelous.. So pretty.. and spooky.. Is that possible? Keila moved a little, trying to remain silent, and shifted her green eyes around in attempted stealthiness. Then... Her shirt shifted on her back, and combined with the spooky lower melody, which she happened to be closer to under the grand piano, scared her and she started to stand up in a fear, and hit her back and her head on the underside of the piano, causing some of the lower and middle notes to sound awkwardly all of a sudden, along with the bang of her back. Oh, yeah. And on top of that, she fell right back down, murmuring an "Ow" as she massaged her back tenderly. Then it hit her, Oh, yeah...

Wincing quite visibly, she cursed mentally, and prepared her mind on the defense in case she'd scared the boy perhaps. Stupidly, she wished he'd just keep playing so that way she could probably get out, have a proper look at him, and still hear the enchanting piece he was playing. Or composing? She neither knew nor cared; it was pretty, and she didn't want it to end.

The boy had been so encapsulated by his music that the sudden bang from beneath his instrument startled him backwards out of his seat. With a clamorous tumble both he and the bench fell backwards, the boy yelping and the piano ringing with his last attempt to grab on and not fall. Though fall he did and now laid with his knees draped over the side of the bench and his back against the floor. His 'ow' mimicked the creature under the piano as he too rubbed the back of his head. If he'd been a student longer he would have run and hid thinking the piano was possessed by some wayward demon or some such but for now he was blissfully unaware of the spooks and more violent demons that attended Ria High.

Regaining his logical thought he wiggled his bum so that he could get his head around the side of the bench and see under the piano. "Ah! A girl!" The boy immediately recoiled behind the bench into a ball and clasped his hands over his head. It wasn't that he was really afraid of girls, just girls of his species. They absolutely terrified him and they do just this kind of thing to get at him, hiding under a piano. Huddling there he recalled the girl's image to mind and confirmed she wasn't his greatest fear but in consequence had made himself out to be a skittish fool. His cheeks turned a deep shade of red and he curled his fingers just on the edge of the bench and began pulling it with him into retreat toward the curtains.

(( God, my last post sucked... other than length. XD Les Misérables strikes again, the stupid book!.. T.T;; The only literature I've had for weeks, and it affects me that badly? Uh ohs... xD;; ))

Upon hearing the clatter of the boy falling over and hearing the piano once more chime an unintentional chord, she winced and opened one eye, looking at the pair of calves she saw. Feeling rather guilty, she forward towards him, and stopped when he turned around to her, exclaiming,
"Ah! A girl!"

Keila looked out at where he'd been before ducking away behind the bench once more and bit her lip. Oh, yes. A cute little eight-year-old girl, and he was scared to death. She didn't know whether to be appalled or amused. With a last attempt at a crawl, she successfully stood up after getting between the piano and the overturned bench and awkwardly stepped over it with one foot, her back arched in a funny angle. Chuckling nervously, she dragged her other foot over the bench, and then looked down at the boy, who apparently was red. Having moved near-silently, she stood at angle which boxed him inside the bench while he was still crouched in a ball, and smiled with a friendly gaze.

"Hullo. Sorry... about... well, that..." she started off with her words well enough, and then just continued to feel bad that she'd caused him to fall over, banged on the piano, hurt her head and her back, and then made the pretty music go away. Keila just struck out a hand to help him up at that point, feeling remorseful and on the verge of tears.

Snow's gentle face was less than happy. Everything happened so fast and... and well... She didnt want it to. Kiko sat on her shoulder, fast asleep, not disturbing anything but Snow's shoulder. Snow walked into the large area, her violet eyes moving across each and every surface. She started humming a gentle tune as she sat down on the ground, curling her long legs underneath her.

'You're running through the underground, hiding your real first name
I always said you were the real star, you move like a hurricane
Through the pain

You said don't forget about me, don't forget about me
Like I'd ever forget about you
How could I just change my mind?

When all the sun shines down on you
Everyone's a lie but you're so true
You're symphonic, you're the light of the moon
How could I forget you?

There's a whisper in the limo, thousands of miles away
But there are no lies in your blue eyes, only a summer day
Oh a sweet summer day

When all the sun shines down on you
Everyone's a lie but you're so true
You're symphonic, you're the light of the moon
How could I forget you?

You're a star, a dream that never ends, fireworks around the bend
An angel on the river Thames
You must know you're all the lights on new years eve
Quiet on the raging sea
How could I forget you?
How could I forget you?

You said don't forget about me, don't forget about me
Like I'd ever forget about you
How could I just change my mind?

When all the sun shines down on you
Everyone's a lie but you're so true
You're symphonic, you're the light of the moon
How could I forget you?

When all the sun shines down on you
Everyone's a lie but you're so true
You're symphonic, you're the light of the moon
How could I forget you?

You said don't forget about me, don't forget about me....'

((Continued from the Gates to Ria High You'll need to scroll down a bit to read my 3 posts))

Louise walked through the opened doors of the glass violin, her little into book said it had been named after an instrument played by an expelled siren, Louise thought it a brilliant place, even though it seemed plain and old.
There were just a scattering of students here, most of them seemed new in her eyes, some still clutching their bags, this made Louise think of the few things she had brought, the school had been brilliant in letting her still keep her long training sword but she wasn't allowed to hold it, just keep it in her torn leather strap which was understandable.

But Louise was now looking towards the stage, she fell in love with this whole room, right now. It was a plain stage but the thought that people came here to make music, others to listen, was wonderful. She unconsciously listened to a lovely tune that seemed to fill the air, then realized there was a girl sitting on the ground humming. she walked slowly towards the stage, through the groups of people and stood near the red curtains "hmm.." she said said so quietly she almost couldn't hear it, as she took in the smell of these velvety red drapes, she shyly touched the gold tips, thinking of how many performances must have been put on here in the many years..
