Xi' walked into the room, closing the door behind him. He once again sat in front of Chan cross-legged. "So, where were we?," he asked.

Xi' looked at Chan, "By all means, explain yourself then." He was also hoping that Parth wasn't saying anything that would confuse Takara, since he knew that Parth had feelings for her. "He better not say anything about how he feels about her, because it will most certainly blow up in his face, and cause Takara's condition to worsen and last longer", he thought to himself.

"You are here now, and that is what matters," Xi' said, unsure of what else to say about it. "I do not understand the pains you are having, but they are most likely an after-effect to this...pendant you created and the power it is has released within you."
Xi' stood up. "If at all possible, I suggest ridding yourself of the power." Bowing to him, he opened the door and stood there, waiting for Chan to leave.

Xi' again turned to Chan, saying quietly to him, "I am sure we can find a way to get past that, but for now, let's get some sleep." He was feeling a little tired, but he went and laid out the bedrolls once more, then came back into the room, still waiting for Chan to leave.
