He looked at Yume then shook his head slightly. He wanted to wait for a while. The pain could come at any time and for any reason. He didn't want to risk it.
I think I'll stay here for a while. I still need to find a dorm or a place to stay. I'm going to start working on that as soon as my arm is healed.
He looked up at the sky longingly. He wished he could go back to his mountain home and live on the peeks. Up in the clouds he would be free from fighting and war and death.

Yume could see that he wanted to go home badly, so she closed her hands and let them sink into the water on the rock she was resting on.
Do you want to visit home again? It would be nice, and there would be a place for Natsu to stay with you.
She tried to smile at him, but found it hard. Being near the village was hard for her, but if it was for Pander, she'd live in the village and work under her mother for the rest of her life. She felt her tattoo pulse, and she passed out soon after. She opened her eyes. She was in her dream world...
Ishimaru? There was no reply. Ishimaru, are you there?
She ran through the fields of flowers and lifted the bottom of her dress as she ran. She came to a halt when she started to see crimson grass and flowers. She put a hand to her mouth to keep herself from screaming.
Yume? Is that you?
She could hear Ishimaru's voice from somewhere near her. Where is he? She looked for him, and saw him laying in a field.
Ishimaru...what happened?
Yume...run away while you can. Please. I don't want you to get hurt and see me like this... Ishimaru...the only thing I don't want to see is you hurt. Yume, if you don't run away right now, I'm going to hurt you. I can't control this thing inside of me. Please run away! I will not. Yume's eyes held a feirce look. She wasn't about to run away from this.

Sai smiled, finally able to stop laughing. "I'm only laughing because you started," he said simply. "Laughter, you see, is contagious," he said matter-of-factly. He tilted his head slightly, wondering why she was just staring at the water. "Kaori-chan? Why don't you look up?" he asked, not wanting to keep his question in, "there's no one else here but us, so dont worry about it." He hoped she wouldn't be offended in anyway about what he'd just said and cause a fight between the two, but held his breath, waiting for the response.

Kaori nodded, head still bowed but face still grinning. "Oh, it is?" she asked, sounding curious but not looking up yet. She blinked as he asked his question, then slowly looked up at him, grin still in place. "Ah, I know that..." she said with another small laugh. "I was afraid I'd start laughing or something again." She shrugged her shoulders, not really sure what she meant. "I'm sorry if I worried you or something," she added quietly. She began running her fingers through the water again, once more sinking to her chin. She'd realized how cold it now seemed when out of the water.

Sai shook his head. "I admit I was worried, but not too muc; don't worry about it," he smiled, knocking her gently on her head with his nuckles. "Are you cold?" he asked, seeing her sink into the water again. He was standing, the water up to a little below his shoulders again, but he didn't seem to feel the temperature difference. No duh, you bearly have feeling, he thought to himself, You're a dunce anyway.

Sem got int othe dreesing room and changed out of her chothes and into a towl, grabed her book and went into the co-ed side. she git in slowly making sure the book didnt get wet then started reading. as she read further into the book her tail started waging splashing water arown.

Kaori glanced up at him as he spoke, then tapped her head. "Ow," she laughed, rubbing where he'd hit. She flicked a little water at him in response, then shook her head. "Ah, no.. I'm fine," she nodded happily. "Are you?" She was growing used to this place and it helped that there wasn't anyone else within sight.
She froze though, eyes wide suddenly as she heard someone else slip into the water nearby. But then she calmed herself quickly, telling herself that no one could see them while in this slightly more secluded part of the spring.

Sai nodded his head. "I'm just fine, don't worry about it," he laughed, being hit square in the face without having to bend down. "My bad. I'm sorry that I hit you, Kaori-chan," he laughed, appologizing. He too, heard someone slip in, wondering who it was. Since they'd both heard them, they had to be close. "They're probably on the other side of the curve," he said, looking at the plants blocking them; faintly, he saw the head of someone. "Yup, they're on the otherside of the curve."

"Oh, ok," Kaori said, smiling up at him, and laughing as she actually hit him this time. Then she rubbed her head gently before plopping her hand back into the water, adjusting the towel around herself more firmly again. She blinked as he confirmed that someone else was there, and bowed her head nervously to the water again. "O-oh, ok..." she murmured awkwardly.

a noice brock threw her consentration and she looked up. sem sqwinted ehr eyes to get a better look but didnt see anyone. "must be my imagination" she went back to getting lost in her book and her tail continued wagging splashing anything near her. man this place has good books

Sai looked at Kaori. "D-don't worry! They probably haven't seen us or anything, so there's nothing to worry about," he stammered, slightly flustered. Why was he getting so worked up? He turned, coughing once, a faint blush on his cheeks. Did I just freak out over that? he thought, sinking slowly into the water like sinking ship. He stopped, holding his breath, when the water reached just below his eyes. He gazed up at Kaori, still embarrassed, waiting for her response.

Kaori looked up sharply as she heard him stammer, eyes widened slightly as she gazed at him. "Is... something wrong?" she asked uneasily. Did he just freak out more than I did? she added mentally, a somewhat worried expression coming over her face. She watched him sink to his eyes and frowned, looking down at him. She was definitely confused now, momentarily banishing worries of others as she focused anxiously upon Sai, her head tilted slightly. He'd so calmly pointed out the other person just a moment ago, so why was he now getting so worked up...?

Sai let out the air he'd kept in, bubbles exploding in front of his eyes. He rose himself up so the water stopped just below his chin. "I'm sorry... I thought that I made you embarrassed again..." he said slowly. He knew she was worried about him, but he didn't like that he'd made her uncomfortable again. So, instead, he sunk once again down into the water. I've gotta work on what I say and when I say it, he thought, just looking back up at her

she sawsomeone swiming over to her and looked down from her book "can i help you" then she felt something sqweez her butt. the guy who swam next to her had a huge grin on his face "YOU PERV!!!" she took the book and smaked him across the face with it cousing him to go backwords, the guy swam away from her as fast as he could. stressed what the nerve she gave him an ice glear.

Kaori blinked at him, still not very sure what was going on. "Oh, ok..." she said, smiling uncertainly. She leaned her side against the edge of their pool, head tilted as she watched him sink back into the water. She remained up to her neck, watching him silently for a moment. Then she laughed quietly, shaking her head.
She looked around suddenly as someone nearby shouted, her eyes widening slightly. "Wh-what?" she stammered, inching fearfully a little closer to Sai. Her tail kept flicking around the water, doing the same as it always did and fighting right though the resistance the water put up.
