"So the big bad man needs help? He can't handle a handful of teens? HA, you are pathetic, just as father said." Einon pointed his hand towards the soldiers, his own shadow soldiers appearing, blocking their way. He continued to fight this Maverick with Alex.
Artemis smirked and decided to join the fight. "Excuse me ladies." Raising his staff, Artemis ran towards the enemy soldiers and began hurling chunks of ice into their bodies, while he also made a sword of ice and began chopping and slicing away.

Alex suddenly clenched his stomach and groaned "damnit" he sighed his wound was hurting him again but he kept fighting he looked at him "your Mathias's son?" he asked through a pained expression
Maverick noticed Alex's wound acting up and he suddenly pulled out a second sword and said "no i can handle the two of you i just wanted to entertain the rests of the guests" he could help but laugh

Einon noticed Alex's wound and growled when Maverick pulled a second sword out. "Yea, I'm his son. NOW GET OUT OF HERE, you aren't able to fight at 100%" With that, Einon spun around behind Alex and did the same teleportation spell, making Alex appear next to Naomi. Now facing off against Maverick without having to worry about an ally, Einon sank into the battle. He began striking faster and faster, putting Maverick on the defensive very quickly.

Alex sighed "Grrr...why won't anyone let me fight" he sighed and stayed next to Naomi and sighed
Maverick now changed his battle stance to counter Einon's speed "your very talented" he said with a grin and he was know taking back the offensive with his two swords

Naomi sighed again in relief, happy that Alex was safe again. She wrapped her arms around him comfortingly. "It's because of your wound," she reminded him. "He saw it was irritating you again and opening up. You really have to rest or else you could fatally harm yourself."

Sora sighed deeply in relief, wiping away some sweat from her brow. She ducked behind Maverick, retrieving her sword before deciding to take out some enemy soldiers for herself. She leapt over Einon and Maverick, bringing her broadsword up then slamming it to the ground, sending a burst of energy at the enemy soldiers and knocking many of them out. She then lifted her sword from the ground and began sweeping the enemies away.

Einon, though on the defensive, just smiled. He let Maverick strikes get close to hitting, even a couple actually cut his arms and once Maverick actually managed to stab his side. His eyes flashed red and all his shadow soldiers disappeared, returning their power to their master. Spotting an opening, he looked at Maverick then pushed Maverick's swords up with his and punched him in the ribs with the force of five strong humans. Jumping back, Einon was panting, glaring at Maverick. The cut in his side was bleeding freely.

Alex hugged Naomi back and kisses her cheek "yea yea miss worry wort" he chuckled and lifted his shirt and said "see my wound is just fine"
Maverick was panting probally a broken rib or two he looked at Alex and said "you get to live another day child of the Silverwolf" he looked at Einon and said "i shall see you again soon too" and he threw down a smoke ball and he was gone he just ran nothing fancy his troops could be seen withdrawing along with him

the group made their way back to the village. only Tanis and Stern were missing. Tanis had decided to go back to his group to see their progress. the group got in and went to the showers. they were tired and wished to sleep as soon as possible.

Naomi smirked. "It's open," she pointed out, rolling her eyes. "I saw you looking hurt. It was opening up while you fought, right? Do you need rebandaging?"

Sora burst into fits of laughter at Maverick's pathetic escape. Still snickering, she turned to Einon and bowed her head slightly. "You didn't have to help me," she spoke, tilting her head. "But a part of me is glad you did. I just wished you hadn't have gotten so cut up." She grinned. "Well, in any case, you have my thanks."
((Hum... I'm thinking about making an assistant for Maverick. Just to give Naomi someone to beat up while the who rival between Alex and Maverick are going on. I mean, of course people can fight her too, but I think Naomi would like kicking her outta town. XD))

Alex shrugged and said "its not open what are you talking about..." he said trying to play it off as some blood seeped out slightly he chuckled and kissed her

Ivy frowned as she jumped down from an above tree. Swiftly and almost immediately she caught up to Maverick. "So, things didn't go exactly as planned again, eh?" she asked, crossing her arms as she walked beside him.

Alexa chuckled. "No. I couldn't even really bring myself to take pity on him," she admitted.

Aura cursed. She'd been sending power through to her brother, but apparently it hadn't been enough. Increasing the flow now would just make him sick. She reached out and caught him fairly handily - he was her brother. She'd done this sort of thing before.
When she'd laid him down lightly, she rose and turned to face Alex and Naomi. "Your dad sent me to come get you," she said cheerfully. "I got...distracted. Then I guess my brother came to find out what was taking so long." She smiled a little. "I'm sorry. I don't think we've been introduced."
