((is pounced biggrin )) ((ok lessee here)) He lifted the unconsious wolf again and moves to the Cabin, pushing the door back open with his foot, and letting it swing open in spite of the cool air that gusts inside. All things considered it couldn't hurt to let the other pack wolves know whats going on...and at least Littlebit seems to have recovered enough to be looking around. He lays out the older wolf on the ground near the fire, unwrapping the coat from around him, frowning at the wounds. Hakan's unconsiousness may be a blessing in disugise for his purposes, as an unconsious wolf can't bite the hand thats trying to help it. But He also has to deal with the child, and hope that the other two wolves don't make a wreck of his home in the short interlude. He runs a cautious hand through Hakan's fur and stands up again, going to the door and back toward Hinto. "Come inside before you freeze to death." He calls out. "I have an injured animal to deal with. But I want to know who you are and what you're doing here. Where are your parents?"
Lexi pases back and forth as the Human brings Gaara into it's den. She looks to be in mixed emotions. "I think Keara's in there..." She address the humans strange den. "I saw her a moment ago..." SHe's hesitant to enter, no matter how much Gaara trusts the two legger. "This is confusing. Another twolegger on OUR land? Gaara telling me not to attack Feanaro? He hates Feanaro!" She pases more, hackles ruffled, growling softly. Besides, isn't it her who's going to be an alpha someday? She was the one who had that ambision, surely she should be able to make her own judgement on this...

Gaara would remain unconscious, but still feeling the warmth of the fire against his front...and soon the soothing hand of Bran against him. Continuing to tell himself to wake up, he gave an unconscious whimper, a shudder running over him before he slowly calmed, trying to make his unconscious state into a deep sleep, instead. He was being restless, and that wouldn't make him any better. His front paws twitched, and he'd flinch a bit, the leg that was draped over his chest hit the wounds there...obviously causing pain.
All the scents around him were of Bran...and some of Keara, and that child. His nose twitched here and there, as if he was exploring the place...alive and awake. The ache of his body was gone, for now, but he knew that it'd come back directly after he woke up.
The blessing in disguise was short lived, and Gaara would awaken to the sound of Bran yelling...his eyes opening slowly, before widening. He gave a whole-hearted whimper of pain, as the ache and burning rushed over his body like a wildfire.

He jerked again at the voice, turning in the general direction of where he had heard it come from. For a moment he remained seated where he was, slowly opening his eyes and squinting as if he expected to suddenly see something. His numb fingers grasped the damp wood of his walking stick and slowly he got to his feet, the free hand thumping off his thin tunic from whatever snow hadn't melted around him and began soaking further. "Where are you?", He paused, sweeping his stick along the ground in front of him, steppnig carefully in its wake. This place was new to him- not like the wood back near his villages where practally every log was a friend to him. His foot snagged on a rock that his stick had missed and sent him face-first into a snowdrift- his stick being flung a few yards from where he had been. With an aggitated groan he pushed his face free from the icy mount, spitting and cursing under his breath.

Haku gave a small snort. "Whatever's going on.. I don't think I like it very much. I WON'T have another human on my land without a good reason. And there had better be a damn good one, or I'll chase it back to it's pack." he gave a small snort. These where his lands, and he wasn't going to lose them to the humans.
Keara heard Gaara and yipped. He was all right! Moving closer, she would slipp off the table she'd crawled up on and hit the ground. Letting out a yelp of pain, she would feel her cuts open again, if not wider and more blood spillout of her shoulder. This was not good..

Suuru continued on, cawing angerly for the she-wolf that could understand him. It was time these wolves heard a bit of reason and a bit of truth from someone from the outside. Everything that had occurred infurated the bird to no end. The thought of bringing talonfulls of pebbles and dropping them-and some other less dignified things- upon the heads of these moronic dogs was sounding better and better.

Lexi's ears flick as she pads closer to Haku, trying to still her soft growling. "I know...I think Fea left it. Maybe he thinks it will make a pack with Sloane...But it acts like there's something wrong with it. Is it blind? I wish Leera were here, maybe she'd understand it. They're such...wierd creatures..." She sniffs the air again and whines, smelling Gaara and Keara inside the den. "Should we go in?"
The snow crunched under his feet as he plodded across the snow to the boys side. "I'm right Here." He says, cautiously putting a hand over the boys, the hand holding the stick. "Here. I'm going to get you on your feet again and we're going inside my cabin. Then you can answer those questions..." He reaches to help lift the boy to his feet, or carry him if he can't walk. Is the boy really blind? And if so, how could he have come this far without hurting himself? "What's your name?" The boy's clearly native, and as soon as he asks the childs name he suddenly finds himself wondering, for the first time, how to introduse HIMSELF. Chogan, or Bran?

He nearly jumped again at the touch of the other, but relaxed a bit as he realized it was indeed a human... his hands were warm. It was probibly painfully obvious that the boy had come down with a cold and was chilled to the bone. His clothes were thin for winter time and very nearly soaked through. His hands and face were paled with cold and the tips of his fingers, ears, and nose were all a bright red... even for his complexion. He let his eyes open fully, the empty pupils searching for the direction of the voice. Moving his feet back under him he reached out and took hold of whatever he could grab first ((no naughty thoughts!)) so the stranger could lead him. He guessed he knew the land better. "... Hinto..." He said quietly, a bit of spite still in his words for that name, "And... my parents are gone. Father was taken by the river and mother's soon to join him. That's all." He didn't want to say any more on the matter, the sharp ending of his explanation would probibly hint onto that.

"I'm sorry to hear it." Hinto's hands catch hold of a sleeve, coatless like Hinto, with a powerful arm under it. The man has an unusual mixed accent, part native and familiar, and part not. "My Cabin is near here. Small but there's a fire going. Just watch your feet. If Hakan wakes up he might bite someone. Hopefuly not you or Littlebit." His feet crunch through the snow as he leads hinto back to the shoveled path, trying to help him make a smooth transition between the snow and the path. The boy really is blind, he knows the look too well from having seen his own dead eye in a mirror too many times. "Where's your village?" It's the most roundabout way he can think of of trying to find out why this boy is here, all alone, instead of being carred for by someone else in his hometown, and he hopes, the least painful way of finding out.

"I don't know...", He shook his head slowly, reaching a hand up to scratch at his numbed nose, "Lone Brave took me with him... There was a girl there and her brother but they ran away, then Soft Fur left too. Lone Brave came here and just left me in the bushes. Is he still here?" He looked up towards the man, his feet carefully picking their way amongst the snow and woodland debres to the path finally. His stick still swept along around him- letting him know the basic layout of where he was moving, "He's really big! His body has scars on it so he has to be a brave."

The dark wolf would growl. He still smelt his daughters blood. "No, Lexi. You go in, I need to find Lera and talk to her about all of this." Giving a swift nod, he would lick her forehead as he did with the pups, then took off to where he could smell Selia and Lera. "LERA! LERA!"
She whimpered slightly and struggled to get up. her body was shaking from tiredness, but she had to get to Bran.. She needed his help. This was very hard for the young pup. Hering a small crack, her shoulder gave out and she hit the floor. Giving out a yelp, she would whimper again.

Bran's shoulders tense at the sound of the yelp, and he takes steps to get to the cabin more quickly. "Don't panic..." He anounces, which is all the warning he gives before reaching and pulling the child up into his arms and hastening back to the cabin. "There's two wolves here, but they're from the area. And a pup and Hakan inside...both are hurt. There was another wolf, one I haven't seen, but he left. Not from the territory. Lucky not to get his face bitten off...." He explains, trying to sound indifferent to the wolfish politics, and not get nervous when the grey wolf follows him silently, shoving her nose into the open doorway ahead of him, and then pushing inside. "Annnnd now she's in my house. Wonderful..." He switches langugues for a moment, speaking his mothers language long enough to mutter about the invasions into his home. "Is...Is Lonebrave a wolf?" He elbows inside, moving to place the boy into a chair and hasten to Littlebit's side, he talks to her softly. "What are you doing, climbing on the table? How much sense do you have, Littlebit?" He chastizes without really meaning it, while Lexi moves over to sniff cautiously at the pup and her mate.
"Are you alright? No of course you're not. What happened? Did he hurt you?" Lexi presses, trying to get information from the pup. "I'll kill him if he did..."

"I'm not scared of wolves, I am one.... at least that's what the girl said. She took my coat." He huffed, folding his arms with a huff after he had been set down. He hadn't jerked or anything upon being carried- in recent days just about anything on four legs had picked him up and carried him into a strange place further and further from his home. At least this place was warm and he could speak with someone again- and not one who would constantly insult him and throw huffy girl attitude at him, "Lonebrave is the biggest wolf in the world! At least from what I've felt.... He's the one that took me here. I herd him singing when soft fur took the baby wolf from him and left with the other ones. That's when I named him. He's not a mean wolf... If you see him don't be mean, okay?" He rubbed his hands together, blowing into them after cupping them to his mouth. There were three wolves here- one was older he could hear it barking something. One was whimpering... like he was sad. The other sounded like a little one, "Are you a wolf too? This is your pack. They sound sad..."

"I didn't see a girl...but I hate to inform you, you look like a boy to me..." He fumbles around and pulls down a box of first aid, torn cloth for bandages, ointments, needle, thread....and kneels back down near Littlebit. "I'm a man, not a wolf...I don't have a pack...it's a pup I called Littlebit...and Hakan. Hakan lived with me when I was a lot younger, but not now. He has his own pack...but he had a bad fall..." He attempts to wrap the pups injuries carefuly, after checking to see if any might need stitches. Stitches will complicate the matter, as they can't be left in the wound indefinitely. Broken bones would be the worst, requiring a splint. "I live here alone. The wolves came recently, just before the big storm." He sighs again as he works, glancing back up to Gaara in concern. "I think I saw you're Lonebrave. Hakan is bigger. And probably heavier too. Probably eats rocks for breakfast..." he jokes trying to make light of his own conserns. "Be careful, there's a shewolf here, she's not tame..."
