((I'd ask Orcus, too...but he doesn't seem like the "post-apocalyptic" kinda guy. Oh, and here's a little gift I've been passing around. It's a transcript of the story that came before Promised Land, if you wanna read it. We liked it so much, two of us spent days converting it into a novella from a forum RP. whee ))

((Nope. The one apocalypse-ish-like role play I was in ended with meh character disappearing after he was turned good and then his grandson (Meh character in the sequel) never even made it to the actual base. It was a disaster. I'm just not fit for things that are destined to end badly. Post nuclear warfare living role plays however, those hold within them some key element that lures me to them like a fly to honey.))

((Aw, that's not fair to say! Apocalyptic RP's aren't doomed from the start. I've been in three that ended well. Just this last one died. sweatdrop ))

((If it ends well then it's just a disaster role play, not an apocalyptic role play. It's like calling the black plague or leprosy the apocalypse. It ended, kind of, well enough and it's no longer a wide-spread threat. So something someone thought was the end of days was just a big mess up or virus in history.))

((Well, the world ended. Everyone died except for a handful of fate-touched survivors, and they spent decades rebuilding. And by "ended well" I didn't mean the plagues went away and the world was restored...the survivors just learned to live with it. @Crimson: whee Good to hear. We're actually looking into making an indy video game based on it. biggrin ))
