(Hey Trey, you can't just walk into Xavier's. 1) On the surface it is COMPLETELY leveled. It looks deserted and dead, the last place people would expect mutants to stay. 2) It's a high end institute teaching mutants how to defend themselves against the world. Does your guy have a death wish?)
Connor jolted from the sudden appearance of a dark-blue skinned figure. His eyes widened at his entrance... Kon was already on edge. He didn't even know who 'Kitty' OR 'Xavier' where, other than the fact that the place was named 'Xavier's Institute', so he decided to keep silent for the moment.
(List of people in the War Room thus far--- tell me if I miss anyone: Oracle, BB, Superboy, 'Batgirl'/Jinx, Rogue, Iceman, and Nightcrawler)

Rogue snickered a bit, "Sorry about that, hun. This is normal round here. Superboy, this is Nightcrawler one of mah fellow teahmmates. The 'Fuzzy Elf' is originally from Germany. And Superboy here is a member of a group called the Titans... and he's from Kansas. We're gonna help stop some gov'nment goons out ta kill em."
Oracle blinked a bit in surprise, "I'm guessing you're a teleporter. And Iceman? We'll probably need you to form barriers and block their avenues of escape. That'll come in handy. Gar, you're one of the senior Titans, what do you think about recon on Stonewall's headquarters? There's only so much that I can scan without them knowing I'm snooping around. Who would you send?"

Gar looked up to the others, thinking to himself what the best plan of action was. As of right now there were too few of titan's to put together a full team to get anything accomplished. These people who were here seem to not be ready for such a job.
"I can go."
Kurt said to Oracle. His accent somewhat still intact despite being in America for some time.
"Maybe... We need a few small teams, people who know each other well and can work covertly. I know that Kai and Robin can work together well. I need a partner and we should also have Nightshade join us."
"Howa bout you an I work together."
His tail wagged. He had never met someone else who had fur like he had. He was excited to see the new comers, and in an attempt to win their admiration he stood strait trying to seem cool.
"You can teleport?"
"Sure, exvept... I can't teleport into rooms I don't know, because for myself and the people I teleport, it could be vatal."
"And how good are you at working quietly and unseen?"
Kurt wanted to show them how well he could work quietly. He disappeared in a cloud of smoke that whisped away quickly into the air. Kurt then unconsciously appeared above the man who questioned his abilities. He clung to some lights on the ceiling not making any moves for a few moments. His tail waived fluidly back and forth as he crawled across the ceiling then plopping down in front of the man without a sound he landed on the table.
"Nice."
"You thinkso. I am very stealthy, I am a masterful fencer and great at blending in the dark."
"I think that will work. If we can have three, two person teams that would be best. "

Kon nodded slowly to Nightcrawler. He was a little irked from the entrance, but otherwise his attention drew to Oracle and Beast Boy.
(Sorry, mini-writer's block... and didn't see the post before. :edit smile
Kon watched as Nightcrawler disappeared from sight. Kon looked around a moment. He could barely hear Kurt's actions, and Superboy looked up to the cieling. That was good.
(When a Super can barely hear your movement, you know you've succeeded.)

Oracle nodded, "Sounds good. So, Robin, Red Cardinal, and Nightcrawler do recon on Stonewall's HQ. I'll provide the blueprints. And if they get discovered, Nightcrawler can get them out. Nightshade will open the portal of the surprise attack. Superboy and Rogue can bash through any of the metallic doors that slam down. Iceman can isolate the floor from the other CIA operatives from other depeartments that have nothing to do with this. Beast Boy, you should lead the strike -- straight into their operations room. That way, they can't call in their agents. Also, we need to secure Ward Abbot and his lieutenants."

Kai stepped aside the moment she had the chance after arriving on the other side of the portal. She still held her hand hidden, her ripped glove partially covering her injury. She kept to herself not wanting to completely interrupt anyone in the room.
Garfield listened to Oracle. He glanced over to see a portal appear and first to come through being Red Cardinal.
"Right. Sounds like a plan although we may need to go over it with our new arrivals."

Right after Nightshade entered, Hit Girl poked her head in. Immediately, she blinked and winced. "Sorry," she mumbled at once. Robin. That was Robin. This was surreal. SO ******** SURREAL. She was suddenly caught between wanting to bombard him with questions and wanting to bang her head repeatedly against a wall.
