Renatus smiled, "That didn't sound very confident." He said chuckling lightly. "Don't worry. I'll cook up the meat for you. " He said "If that's OK."

"It's better that way," Lucinda replied, nodding.

Renatus chuckled. "Right." he said pulling the meat out of the bag and placing it on a pan he retrieved. He began to cook the meat, kneeling next to the fire.

Lucinda sat down by him and watched him cook.

"Here we go." Renatus said finishing cooking the meat. He put it on a plate, and handed it to Lucinda. He then drained the blood from the meat onto the pan and began heating it.

Lucinda took it. "Do you have untensils?" she asked.

"Yeah." Renatus replied, taking a waft of the irony fumes. "Theyr'e sitting at the top of my bag." he said pointing backwards at the pack.

Lucinda nodded and got a knife and fork. Then she began to eat.

Attempting to avoid Lucinda's gaze, Renatus turned away from her, then quickly drained the blood from the pan into his mouth. He knew that it had made here queasy before. He quickly gulped down the blood and sat the pan down, exhaling deeply. "Is it done well enough?" he asked.

"That's good." Renatus said. He turned to face the fire, and breathed in deeply, pulling the fire from the timbers and into his mouth. He let out a sigh as well as a puff of smoke.

"You can eat fire?" Lucinda asked when she saw this.

Renatus turned around anc chuckled slighly. "Eat, no. But I can absorb the heat from it." he said, another puff of smoke escaping his mouth. "Its a good way to put out fires." He stood, stretching his legs and back.
