"ok," seth said to brad as he started through the gates, still carrying the box of fireworks. "do you happen to have a lighter I could borrow?"

(Hey! Keep those things away from vehicles and other objects with flammable liquids! Remember last time... rofl )
Red turned his attention to his door as a knock. Then the door opened. If Jake was looking in, he would have seen Red lounging lazily on the bed, again. He had hardly moved sense he was brought it. "And why can't I just have dinner in my room like all the other nights?" He knew who the guests where. He had a feeling they wouldn't be too welcoming of him. Then again, they might see it as another way to show their triumph over him and the school.
Just as Red was about to refuse the invitation, his stomach grumbled. He hadn't eaten anything the whole day, and the mention of food set his digestive track into fits of pleading. To himself, Red spoke, "Fine. You win. I'll eat." He poked his belly to prove that it was with protect and wasn't an easy victory.
Getting up from his bed, he stretched for a moment, and then stood. Walking through the opened door, Red headed to the stairwell. He would rather walk than wait for the elevator. The exercise would do him good.

Chance silently followed looking around curiously.
Going to let Seth blow off those fireworks?
hmph, let him do what he wants..not really my problem now is it?

Chance recalled last time she saw Jake, which was back at the school with Twila. She sighed then continued to walk.

Scorpio follows, "Oh and Seth before you light off those fire works, remember, a pebble in the water makes a ripple afects," Scorpio said, seeming to imagine all the possibiliteis. (Many of those are abstract, mainly having the firewoks follow him like heat seaking missles)

Brad started to lead the group towards the elevator. Crowding everyone in, he pressed the -3 sign and they went down from the ground level. Upon the door's opening, the caferteria was buslting with excitment. Brad stepped through and led them to a small table where Jake was waiting, not eating, just staring off into space. "Don't expect I'll do this again," Brad smiled, sitting next to Jake. Jake looked over and up at the other three, and growled. "Do you need an invitation to sit down?" he snapped, resuming his quiet state again.

Jake looked at Seth, his golden eyes narrowing, "Didn't think you'd remember my name." he hissed, "not after what I did, unless you cursed it or something." he growled. Brad coughed slightly.
"Anyways, when is Laurn due home?" Brad asked, even though he already knew.
"Few days." Jake shrugged, toying with his fork boredly.

Chance quietly took a seat still curious and looking around.
What do you think of the place?
This time she decided to not respond to the voice, she took a glance around everyone at the table. Unsure of what to say or do she remained silent.
Don't you wonder what's going on?
Chance hoped the voice would just fade away and not bother her any longer.

Jake was deep in thought, not really addressing anyone again. Brad sat, waiting, but finally sighed, tapping him on the shoulder. Jake looked up at his friend. One look from Brad and a silent conversation started. Jake shook his head, and Brad narrowed his heads. Jake shrugged, and resumed toying with his fork. Brad sighed again, "I'm sorry, but we don't have a lot of food. The choices in meat are Gariffe, Wildebeast, Horse, Beef, Mouse, and Deer. We have a lot of farmed grown vegetables, along with Hay. And lastly, we have some insects," he smiled. "Jake what would you like?"
"Why'd you ask me that? I always have the same," Jake snapped, his voice covered in hate. Brad was appalled.
"Excuse me," he grumbled, "So one Gariffe, two Horse, and five Deer for Jake. What would you guys like?" He asked, smiling slightly.

"How about a 3 double cheeseburgers, 2 large fries, and 2 chocolate milk shake to wash it all down with. Oh, and when the leader gets back, Her name was Louren right?, yeah i would like my money." Scorpio said.

"Jake, I don't hate you, in fact I've been wanting to talk to you about something," seth said to jake
he then looked over at brad and said, "I think some beef and potatoes sounds really good right now"

Brad was about to responde to Scorpio, but Jake was already talking, "You'll get your money once I see if you did your Mission correctly. If you didn't, you get nothing, but the original 100,000." he snapped, "If everything's like that," he glared at the box in Seth's hands, "then the deals off." He growled, standing suddenly. "I'll get your food, Seth. We don't eat fast food," he said disheartedly to Scorpio, before turning and walking towards the kicthen's. Brad sat down slowly, smiling slightly.
"I'll get your food when you're ready," he said to Chance. Then he looked towards Scorpio. "Laurn doesn't allow greasy food. It's a wonder she lets us cook it. Which I need to be reminded of, Seth, your meat is good as rare." he smiled, rubbing the back of his neak. It was obvious that when Jake was in charge, almost everything was chaos. "Uhm..." he murmured, dreading the silence that followed. Jake returned, putting a plate down in front of Seth. On the plate was a steaming pile of potatoes, light seasoning. Next to it was a huge slab of steak, cooked very rare. Next to the steak was a small bowl of a sour cream and butter mix for the patatoes. Jake set down a plate in front of Scorpio.
"Told them your order. Instead you get three slabs of beef, two servings of potatoes. And here," Jake smirked, putting down two huge glasses of milk, placing a bottle of chocolate syrup next to it, "You can make chocolate milk instead. Eat it all, or the cook'll come after you." Jake warned, dropping a spoon into one of the cups, before sitting down with his plate. This time he sat next to Chance. "What would you like?" He asked, taking a glance at her, before taking a knife and cutting into his raw meat, taking a bit, and eating it. On his plate was eight huge slabs of raw, bloody meat, piled high like pancakes. Next to his plate was three glasses of water. Brad smiled, standing, "While I'll getting mine, I'll get yours..."
"Chance." Jake filled in. Brad nodded, "Chance."

Chance quickly looked up at Brad. She gave a slight smile,
"Y-You mentioned there was Deer meat? I'll have some of that and.."
She paused for a moment.
"Some potatoes as well."
Chance said nothing more as she looked down a bit. She told herself she was most likely thinking to much but that couldn't be true, she wasn't actually thinking about anything at all. Chance looked over at Jake then quickly looked back.
What IS going on...??

Brad nodded, and went to the kitchens, returning swiftly. He set the plate down in front of Chance. On it was a very rare slab of meat. Next to it was the potatoes, identical to Seth's. Then he sat down at the round table. On his plate was one slab of wildebeast meat with no sides, and no drink.
