"They never fail to amaze me." Cori murmured with a nod, leaning against him and meeting his gaze. "You're still worrying." she said softly, leaning forward and kissing him softly. "Don't."

"Well he'll be there soon if he isn't headed there already." Tuin said, running along sided Leena's horse, keeping up easily.

Vadász chuckled a little, he was just glad that they didn't mess around with him like they had before. He gulped a bit, he was found out. He was about to speak when she kissed him, returning it with one of his own, sighing as he pulled away. "Cori, I've only just allowed myself to be fully in this relationship without worrying about my age. You can't expect me to not worry about things going for the next step." He said softly, looking her square in the eye. "A) We've only been together for what, two days? It's not wise to rush things. Besides, I feel like a child molester or a ***** as it is already." He muttered, turning his gaze from her, letting it rest on the floor.

(( Yes, he is a killjoy. xD ))

Leena sighed heavily, whispering something into Sebesen's ear. "Very true. How long does it take to get there?" She asked softly, glancing down to him as she let Sebesen weave her way through the tree's, jumping over a fallen tree with ease.

"Just walking, three weeks. If you really want to get there as quickly possible, then there will be no breaks. Can your horse run for a couple days non-stop?" Tuin said.

Cori supressed a sigh, shifting so that she was facing him, half on his lap in order to do so, and paying not attention to where the slit of the dress was. "Vadász, that's not what I meant. You aren't, won't be if anything does happen. Just let yourself stop thinking, stop worrying. I won't let you do anything, I won't push you. Please, don't keep obsessing. If something happens it happens, nothing can change it and there's no reason to obsess over it and how it could've been prevented or changed." she said softly, catching his gaze once he lifted it and holding it.

"Sebesen can handle that." Leena replied, patting the horses neck. She could give her her own energy if necessary. Or give her an injection that she had invented herself with the help of a couple of friends back home.

((My dog is a moron.... -_- I lied to her and told her there was a bunny outside, so she ran out and started barking at absolutely nothing...))

Tuin nodded and continued running. It took a few days, but the creature finally began to slow as they reached the border of Gannel.

Vadász had to shift his gaze a little when he could see where the slit was on her dress, blushing faintly. He listened without a word, still staring pointedly at the floor. "You have no idea how hard that is for me to do." He said softly, pushing himself up, mindful to shift her legs so that he wouldn't knock her off balance, heading over to the window to stare out of it. If he stopped being in constant control of his own emotions not leaking out, then everyone would feel everything that was strong enough to leak off of him. He had to keep in mental check, there was no other option in his eyes. "I can try to stop obsessing, but anything other than that is impossible." He said softly, not even sure if he really could. He stood tall, hands folded behind his back, staring out at the trees.

(( OH WOW!!! XDD Lolz! ))

Leena did have to inject Sebesen to keep her going, allowing her to slow when she saw him do so. She couldn't sense Roran anywhere, shivering a little as she felt the waves of darkness coming from the land. She patted Sebesen's neck, giving her some of her own energy so she wouldn't die on her. She fed her a crystal, knowing that would help her tremendously. "We should probably let her rest. Is there somewhere we can go?" She asked softly, glancing around.

"You can let her rest in the forest. She looks to be a smart to stay around the area." Tuin said as he changed forms.

Cori watched him for a moment before her gaze dropped to the ground. It couldn't work, how could it? He was in constant control, too uptight where as she acted on whim, not caring about anything. "I'm sorry." she murmured, slipping outside and making her way to one of the courtyards, sinking onto a bench with a soft sigh. "You just keep doing it Cori. Bravo." she whispered, letting her head hang.

Leena nodded, whispering something to the horse, sliding off as she watched her walk away. "She is. She won't go anywhere she isn't comfortable staying in." She said softly, glancing around. "Now to figure out where the hell he is." She muttered, sighing heavily, knowing that would be a feat in itself.

Vadász was inwardly punching himself at how he kept pushing her away, hearing her soft apology. Dammit you do need to let go. He let the shadows engulf him, taking him to a distant part of the gardens by a pool of water where the river ran through, sitting down by it's edge. He rested his arms on his knee's, staring at the waters surface distantly, not noticing as something started taking form over it. He was still afraid of getting in too deep, of losing her as he had lost his wife and son. He didn't notice an airy hand place itself on his shoulder, startling before he looked up into a face he never thought he'd see again. "Maria..."

Maria looked down to her love with saddened eyes, her hand brushing his cheek as if she could see the invisible tears. "Still brooding? Vadász, you have such a lovely girl there. You won't lose her, I'm sure of it." She said softly, a warm smile upon her ghostly face as she crouched down in front of him.

He reached out a hand, touching the warmth that was her face even if his fingers did pass through her. "You know I can't help it." He said softly, taking her in as if to memorize her features again. "Paranoia strikes after such a thing happens, the body, mind, and soul don't want to experience such a thing again. I won't recover..."

She chuckled a little, pulling off his gloved hand to look at the ring he was still wearing. "My love, you two will be fine. I'm fine as is our son." She pressed a finger to his lips, seeming to hug him even if she knew he couldn't quite feel it. "Pretend you are this age again, it will help you to at least ease up. You were so close earlier, you can relax enough to let things flow." She straightened, looking behind her with a sigh. "I must go my dear. I'm always here for you. Now go, be happy. I always hated it when you brooded." She giggled, kissing his lips before fading away into the air.

Vadász felt tears rise to his eyes, somehow returning the hug despite being unable to. He nodded as he saw her straighten, pushing himself up. He reached a hand towards her as he saw her fade, wiping the tears from his eyes. He was a man, he shouldn't cry. Taking a deep breath, he sank away into the water within the air, suddenly materializing behind Cori, hugging her tightly from behind, his head resting upon her shoulder. "You don't have to be sorry." He whispered in her ear, his knee's resting upon the ground. "I'm sorry... I'm just... afraid. Afraid of growing too close by taking any extra steps. I don't want to lose you is all. So, I'm sorry.. I get caught up in things." He said softly, his forehead resting against her bare shoulder.

Cori jumped, straightening and tensing as she felt him before relaxing at his voice. She twisted around to face him, slipping her arms around his shoulders and turning her face into the base of his neck. "I haven't gotten myself killed yet, I won't leave you." she murmured, tightening her grip unconsiously.

Vadász took a deep breath, letting it out slowly as he let his arms loosen a little so she could turn around, holding her close as he turned his face so he could kiss the side of her head. He ran a hand through her hair, nodding a little as he heard her. "Don't plan on it either." He whispered, giving a light chuckle, trying to brighten the mood. He let his other hand slide up and down her back in a comforting manner.
